gによつて圧縮されたバネ部材h,hの押圧力を
もつて摩擦リングfとハブb′および円盤e′との摺
動面に適当な摩擦力を付与し、該摩擦力によつて
回転軸a′の捩り振動を減衰するもの等がある。

の弾性により摩擦力を付与したことを特徴とす

て安定した摩擦力(補助減衰力)を保持すること

あつて他に押圧手段を必要とせず、更に円筒部に
対するゴム様弾性体の嵌着箇所を軸方向に調整す
ることにより該摩擦力を任意の大きさに設定する
ことができる。
