Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一面が開口した箱型ケース内に発熱素子を収容
するとともに、ケース内に絶縁性樹脂を注型して
なる電子部品において、 板状発熱素子の発熱集中部に放熱孔を形成する
とともに、該発熱素子をケース内に収容し、ケー
スには上記放熱孔を貫通しかつ内側空洞部が外部
と連通した筒体を一体に形成したことを特徴とす
る電子部品の放熱構造。
