Claims (1)
- コバール材などからなる金属ベースとリード線
を絶縁ガラスを用いて封着する工程の前の工程で
、前記リード線の全表面に酸化被覆を施し、該被
膜の前記付着に対応する領域をマスクで被覆し、
該被覆以外の酸化膜を除去する工程を設けたこと
を特徴とする水晶振動子のステムの製造方法。
