- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水晶振動子を取着した絶縁基板が金属ステム上
に接着固定され、さらにキヤツプ部材で気密封止
した水晶発振器であつて、 前記絶縁基板は、水晶振動子が取着された位置
に対応する裏面位置を中心に塗布された接着剤で
もつて金属ステムに接着固定されていることを特
徴とする水晶発振器。
