Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of rain by rocking a support tool in response to expansion and contraction movement of a roof material by forming a protrusion part for rocking a support metal body in the direction of ridge eaves on the under surface of a mounting piece and fixing a support metal on a main house in a state that a slight fastening margin is left. CONSTITUTION:A series of mounting pieces 4 are formed to both end parts of a support metal body 3 of a roof material 1, a protrusion part 5 is formed on the under surface thereof, and the degree of freedom is provided in the rocking direction of a support metal A. The support metal A is secured to a main house 16 in a state that a slight fastening margin is left at a spring washer 10a inserted in a bolt 11, and a gap is provided so that the support metal body 3 is rockable. Connection parts 13, 13a on the one side of bent plate roof materials 1 and 1a are superposed on the support metal A with each other and integrally fastened by means of a fixing bolt 12. A cap 17 is then engaged externally throughout the overall length in the direction of ridge eaves. Even when wide expansion and contraction in the ridge eaves direction is effected due to expansion and contraction of the roof material, this constitution causes rocking of the support metal in response to movement of the roof material, and prevents leakage of rain water due to expansion of a mounting hole occasioned by relative movement.

However, in order to hold the folded plate ffi root material 1 made of a bent thin metal plate on the support fitting A, the folded plate roofing material 1 made of thin metal plate is heated intensely by solar heat in midsummer. , and is cooled at night, and in winter, it is intensely cooled in an outdoor cold oven, and! In this way, the folded roofing material 1 made of thin metal sheets is intensely heated and cooled, and expands due to heating and contracts due to cooling. Then, the folded metal roofing material 1 made of thin metal plates moves relative to the fixed support metal A, causing a squeak sound as the metal pieces rub against each other, and due to the relative movement due to expansion and contraction, the support metal! 4: Mounting hole 7 to A
This can cause rainwater to enter and cause leaks. This phenomenon appears even more prominently in gymnasiums, lecture halls, and large public buildings where folded metal roofing materials 1 made of thin metal sheets are longer than 10 cm in the direction of the eaves. The present invention was made in view of these problems,
The purpose of this is to avoid relative movement between the folded plate roofing material and the support fittings by improving the support fittings that support the folded plate roofing materials, and to move the support fittings along with the folded plate roofing materials in the direction of tension and contraction. To provide a supporting metal fitting for a folded roofing material and a roof structure thereof, which can be arched to avoid squeak noise and enlargement of a mounting hole. [Means for Solving the Problems] In the present invention, a protrusion WS5 is provided on the lower surface of the mounting piece 4 of the support metal body 3 to allow the support metal body 3 to swing approximately in the eave direction.
It is characterized by forming. In addition, a spacer 10 having spring properties is interposed between the supporting part of the bolt 11 which is inserted into the mounting hole 7 formed in the mounting piece 4 and screwed into the roof base 2 and the support metal body 3, so that the support metal body 3 is characterized in that a swingable gap S is formed between the bolt 11 and the roof base 2. Further, the spacer 10 is characterized in that it is a spring washer 10a. Further, the lower surface of the protrusion 5 is formed into a flat surface. Further, the protrusion 5 is characterized in that it is shaped like a protrusion 6 over the entire length of the mounting piece 4 in the ridge length direction. Further, the protrusion 5 is characterized in that it is formed in a circular shape around the lower surface of the mounting hole 7 formed in the mounting piece 4. Further, the protrusion 5 is formed by being curved so as to protrude downward from the mounting piece 4, and a mounting hole 7 is formed at the bottom of the curved recess 8, and a mounting hole 7 is formed at the bottom of the curved recess 8 on the lower surface of the spacer 10. A fitting protrusion 9 is formed, the protrusion 9 of the spacer 10 is fitted into the curved recess 8, and a gap lwlS is formed between the lower peripheral surface of the spacer 10 and the mounting piece 4. It is something to do. Moreover, the protrusion is characterized in that it is formed in series on the mounting piece. The protrusion is also characterized by being formed separately from the mounting piece. [Function] In this way, by forming the protrusion 5 on the lower surface of the mounting piece 4 of the support metal body 3 to allow the support metal body 3 to swing approximately in the eave direction, the support metal body 3 can be attached to the roof base 2. With the folded plate roofing material 1 made of thin metal plate connected to the support metal body 3,
For example, when the folded plate roofing material 1 is exposed to direct sunlight in midsummer, it is heated violently and expands, or when cooled in the cold season, the folded plate roofing material 1 contracts, causing the folded plate roofing material 1 to become ridged. Even if it expands and contracts greatly in the direction of the eaves, the support money i! 4: A swings in the direction of the eave at its protrusion 5, avoiding relative movement between the folded roofing material 1 and the support metal iJcA, and causing creaks due to rubbing of the folded roofing material 1 against the support metal fitting A. This is to avoid the generation of noise, to prevent the mounting hole 7 from becoming larger or larger due to relative movement, and to avoid leakage due to the larger size. Also, the head of the bolt 11 and the support metal body 3 are inserted into the r-shaped mounting hole in the mounting piece 4 and screwed into the roof base 2.
A spacer 10 having spring properties is interposed in the opening, and a gap S is formed in which the support metal body 3 can swing between the bolt 11 and the roof base 2, so that the support metal A swings at the protrusion 8S5. The supporting metal fitting A is allowed to swing in the gap Ills formed by the spacer 10 having flexibility, and the amount of swinging of the supporting metal fitting A is increased while suppressing the amount of protrusion of the protrusion g5. It is something. Further, the spacer 10 is a spring washer 10a, so that a spring washer such as a commercially available spring washer can be used. Furthermore, the lower surface of the protrusion WS5 is formed into a flat surface, thereby stabilizing the attachment of the support fitting A to the roof base 2. Further, the protrusion 5 is formed over the entire length of the mounting piece 4 in the direction of the ridge and serves as a protrusion 6, so that the supporting metal fitting A can be oriented approximately in the direction of the ridge and eave and can be swung. It is. Furthermore, the protrusion 5 is circularly shaped around the lower surface of the mounting hole 7 formed in the mounting piece 4, so that it has a degree of freedom in the swinging direction of the support member i4:A. be. Further, the protrusion 5 is curved and shaped so as to protrude downward from the mounting piece 4, and a mounting hole 7 is formed at the bottom of the curved recess 8, and a curved recess 8 is formed on the lower surface of the spacer 10. The protrusion that fits into the f! 69 is formed, the protruding part 9 of the spacer 10 is fitted into the curved recess 8, and the PI interval S is formed between the peripheral lower surface of the spacer 10 and the mounting piece 4, so that the protruding part 5 is supported. Allowing the rocking and sliding movement of the pcA and the rocking movement of the spacer 10 relative to the support metal fitting A, and while fully screwing and fixing the bolts 11 into the roof base 2, attach the support metal fitting A.
This swing can be made in the gap S between the spacer 10 and the spacer 10. Furthermore, by forming the protrusions 5 in series on the mounting piece 4, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of parts of the support fitting and to avoid a decrease in workability on the roof. Furthermore, by forming the protrusion s5 separately from the mounting piece 4, it is possible to use an existing support fitting in which the protrusion 5 is not formed. An example will be explained in detail based on the drawings. The folded plate roofing material 1 is a thin metal plate that is colored and painted. For example, as shown in Figure 1, there is a strip of metal in the direction of the ridge (approximately 10 wheels or more for those used for large structures), and a strip of metal in the direction of the ridge (about 10 wheels or more for those used for large structures). Connection portions 13 for supporting metal fittings A, which will be described later, are formed in a curved manner at both ends (in the length direction). The shape and form of such connection WS13 can be modified in various ways. The support fitting A is made by bending a band plate such as an iron plate into a substantially inverted U-shape, and a mounting piece 4 is formed in a series at both ends of the substantially inverted U-shaped support fitting body 3. . A lower hole 15 is formed in the upper piece 14 of the support body 3. A mounting hole 7 is formed in the handle 4 piece 4. As shown in FIG. 3, a protrusion 5 is formed on the lower surface of the push-up piece 4 so that the support body 3 swings approximately in the direction of the eaves. The lower surface of the protrusion 5 is formed into a flat surface, and the protrusion s5 is formed in a circular shape around the lower surface of the mounting hole 7 formed in the mounting piece 4, and has a degree of freedom in the swinging direction of the support fitting A. It is designed so that it can be Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the support fitting A
are arranged at a pitch equal to the width of the folded plate roofing material 1 on a main building 16 such as a channel material as a roof base 2 which is constructed approximately parallel to the length direction of the ridge, and bolts are installed in the mounting holes 7 of the supporting members A. 11
This is inserted into the pilot hole of the main house 16 while cutting a screw, and the support fitting A is attached. In such a case, the washer 10a serving as the spacer 10 inserted into the bolt 11 leaves a slight tightening margin as shown in FIG.
In other words, the pressure on the washer 10a is stopped midway,
Fjums are formed in which the supporting metal body 3 can swing even when the bolt 11 and the roof base 2 are open. The connection part 13 on one side of the middle side of the folded plate roofing material 1, which is elongated in the eave direction, is placed on the support assembly A, and the connection part 13 on the other side of the adjacent folded plate roofing material 1a is placed on the support assembly A. 13a is superimposed on the connection part 13 on the support metal i4:A, and the fixing bolt 12 of the cell 7 drilling function, which performs thread cutting by itself, is attached to both the connection parts 13,1.
3a and screwed into the lower hole 15 of the upper piece 14 of the support & prefecture A, connecting the folded plate roofing material 1, 1a to the support fitting A,
Therefore, the cap 17 is fitted over the entire length in the eaves direction. The form of engagement between the cap 17 and the folded plate roofing material 1 can be modified in various designs. In this way, the support 4 is attached to the bottom surface of the mounting piece 4 of the support fitting main body 3.
By forming the protrusion 5 for the r soldier body 3 to swing approximately in the direction of the eaves, the support metal body 3 attached to the roof base 2
When the folded roofing material 1 made of a thin metal plate is connected to the roofing material 1, the folded roofing material 1 may be violently heated and expand due to direct sunlight in midsummer, or may be difficult to cool during the cold season. Even if the folded plate roofing material 1 is contracted and the folded plate roofing material 1 expands and contracts greatly in the direction of the ridge, the support Ji4cA swings in the direction of the ridge using the protrusion 5 as a fulcrum, and the folded plate roofing material 1 Supporting money i for the expansion and contraction movement of 1
4: A follows, and the folded plate M root material 1 and support metal i4:
This avoids relative movement with A. In this way,
This prevents the generation of squeaks caused by the folded roofing material 1 rubbing against the support fittings A. Moreover, the attachment hole 7 is prevented from becoming large due to the relative movement, and leakage due to the enlargement is avoided. Since the lower surface of the protrusion 5 is formed into a flat surface, the attachment of the support fitting A to the roof base 2 is stabilized without being oblique. In such a case, a spacer 10 having spring properties is provided between the head of the bolt 11 and the support metal body 3.
A washer 10a is inserted to support the support body 3.
However, a gap S is formed between the bolt 11 and the m-base substrate 2 to allow for swinging, and even in such a gap S, the support fitting A is allowed to swing, thereby preventing the sudden movement. Allowing the rocking movement of the supporting member A in the part 5 and the rocking movement of the support fitting A in the gap S, the protrusion amount of the protruding part 5 is adjusted. This increases the oscillation of the support 4r and A while keeping it to a minimum. In this way, the support fitting A has a lower surface 15''
.. The shaped protrusion 5 and the gap S swing approximately in the direction of the eaves, but after the support fitting A swings and absorbs the expansion and contraction of the folded plate roofing material 1, The tip end edge of the mounting piece 4 of the support fitting A in the direction of the swinging force strongly contacts the mounting plate 2, thereby firmly supporting the folded plate tail 1. By forming the protrusion 5, there is a gap d of about 1 inch between the r side of the support fitting A and the roof base 2. Soba?
The gap S with one function left is 0. Fig. 4 shows various types of washer 10a, each having a thickness of about 5 mm. That is, Fig. 4 (a) and (b) show ordinary spring washers.

asherS), and the cross section of the figure (d)-(f) is II! A general-use VA washer with a triangular shape is shown, and (h) to (j) of the same figure show VA washers for heavy loads. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment in which the spacer 10 in the above embodiment is omitted, and the protrusion WS5 is replaced with the mounting piece 4. The protrusion 6 is formed over the entire length of the ridge in the longitudinal direction of the ridge, and the supporting metal fitting A is oriented approximately in the direction of the ridge eave within the range of the protrusion of the protrusion 5 and is swung. FIG. 6 shows another embodiment in which the spacer 10 is omitted and the protrusion 5 is formed circularly around the attachment hole 7. FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment, in which the protrusion 5 is formed by being curved so as to project the mounting piece 4 downward, and the mounting hole 7 is formed at the bottom of the curved recess 8. , a protrusion 9 that fits into the curved recess 8 is formed on the lower surface of the spacer 10, which has no spring properties, and the protrusion 9 of the spacer 10 is fitted into the curved recess 8, and the lower surface of the periphery of the spacer 10 and the mounting piece Between 4 and 1:'”
A slight gap S (approximately 0.5 mm) is formed, and this causes the swinging movement of the bracket A in the protrusion 5 and the movement of the spacer 10. Allow the bolt 11 to be fully adjusted.'Fa2i:
T-! While screwing in and fixing, the supporting metal fitting A can be swung through the gap S1 between it and the pacer 10. The spacer 10 may be circular as shown in FIG. 8 (a), or it may be a long groove-shaped spacer 8. FIG. 9 shows yet another embodiment. The protrusion 5 is formed separately on the support metal body 3, and the manufacturing process of forming the protrusion 5 in series on the support metal body 3 is omitted. In such a case, the protrusion 5 is It may be integrated with the support metal body 3 by welding or the like, or the support metal body 3 may be integrated with the support metal body 3 during construction.
It may be placed on the back side of the . By the way, when constructing the present invention, the spring seat 10a is pressed against its spring property, and the tightening of the bolt 11 is stopped before the spring washer 10a becomes flat, and the tightening allowance of the spring washer 10a is reduced. However, since it is difficult to do this by hand, it is also possible to use a tool such as a torque wrench that applies a nearly constant tightening force. However, the spring washer 10a
After completely tightening to form a flat plate, loosen the bolt 11 by a certain rotation angle (for example, about 360 degrees) to close the gap S.
may be kept approximately constant. F Effect of the Invention 1 In summary, the present invention forms a protrusion on the lower surface of the mounting piece of the support metal body to allow the support metal body to swing approximately in the direction of the eave, so that the support attached to the roof base When a folded roofing material made of a thin metal plate is connected to the main body of the metal fitting, the folded roofing material may be heated violently and expand due to direct sunlight in midsummer, or exposed to cold temperatures. Even if the folded plate roofing material shrinks during cooling and expands and contracts significantly in the direction of the eave, the support metal fittings will not be able to swing in the direction of the eave due to the expansion and contraction movement. , it is possible to avoid relative movement between the folded plate roofing material and the supporting metal fittings, it is possible to avoid the generation of squeaks due to the folded plate roofing material rubbing against the supporting metal fittings, and it is possible to avoid the installation due to relative movement. There is an advantage that it is possible to avoid the hole from becoming large or large, and it is possible to avoid rain leakage due to the hole becoming large. In addition, a spacer having spring properties is interposed between the head of the bolt, which is inserted into the mounting hole formed in the mounting piece and screwed into the roof foundation, and the support metal body, so that the support metal body is inserted between the bolt and the roof foundation. Since a gap is formed that allows swinging in the spacer, the supporting metal fittings are allowed to swing and slide in the sudden movement, and the support 'ki4: is allowed to swing in the gap formed by the spacer having elasticity. , there is an advantage that the amount of swinging of the supporting Ir soldiers can be increased while suppressing the amount of protrusion of the protrusion. Further, although the spacer is a spring washer, there is an advantage that a spring washer such as a commercially available spring washer can be used. Further, since the lower surface of the protrusion is formed into a flat surface, there is an advantage that the attachment of the support fitting to the roof base can be stabilized. Further, since the protrusion is formed over the entire length of the mounting piece in the longitudinal direction of the ridge and serves as a protrusion, there is an advantage that the support metal fitting can be oriented and swung approximately in the direction of the ridge. Further, since the protrusion is formed in a circular shape around the lower surface of the mounting hole formed in the mounting piece, there is an advantage that a degree of freedom can be provided in the swinging direction of the support fitting. Further, the protrusion is formed by being curved so that the mounting piece protrudes downward, a mounting hole is formed at the bottom of the curved recess, and a protrusion that fits into the curved recess is formed on the lower surface of the spacer. The protruding part of the spacer is fitted into the curved recess, and a gap is formed between the peripheral lower surface of the spacer and the mounting piece. This has the advantage that the supporting metal fitting can be allowed to swing in the gap between the spacer and the spacer while the bolt is fully inserted into the roof base and fixed. Further, since the protrusions are formed in series on the mounting piece, there is an advantage in that it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of parts of the support fitting and to avoid a decrease in workability on the roof. Further, since the protrusion is formed separately from the mounting piece, there is an advantage that an existing support fitting without a protrusion can be used.
