In order to solve these problems, the present invention aims to provide a press working method that punches out a material without deforming it.

First, as shown in FIG. 1(a), a punching process is performed by sandwiching the material between the punch 11 and the knockout 14, which pushes the material upward with a spring. When the punch 11 rises, the knockout l4 pushes the punched waste 17 back to its original position, as shown in FIG. 1(b). In this state, the material sent to the next stage is removed by simultaneously sandwiching the scraps 17 and the product part 16 between the stripper 22 and the gouer 23, as shown in FIG. 1(C).
The product part 16 is restrained from the vertical and horizontal directions, and the punch 2
3, punching is performed leaving the product part l6. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 1(d), in the next stage, the punched waste 17 is dropped, thereby minimizing the rotational force acting on the product part 6 and molding the shape of the product part. This allows the cross section of the product to be obtained without deformation, resulting in a highly accurate product.

Since the structure includes a second punching process to form a part, one side wall is held by the cutting scraps from the first punching process, and the upper part Since the lower surfaces are held by the mold, deformation of the cross-sectional shape that occurs during punching can be eliminated, and the product can be molded with high precision.
