    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）加熱体と、記録材と共に移動するフィルムと、を
    有しこのフィルムを介して所定の設定温度に維持される
    加熱体からの熱により記録材上のトナー像を加熱する定
    着装置において、 装置の温度を検知する温度検知部材を有し、この温度検
    知部材の検知温度に応じて上記設定温度が変更されるこ
    とを特徴とする定着装置。
  2. （２）上記温度検知部材は上記加熱体の温度を検知し、
    この検知温度が上記設定温度になるよう制御されること
    を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の定着装置。
