Abstract

PURPOSE:To attenuate the vibration of a bath tub wall by constituting to absorb pressure pulsation generated in an area closed with an entry nozzle and an exit nozzle with an elastic body between a mixing part outer wall and a bath tub fixing frame and an elastic body between the fixing frame and the bath tub wall. CONSTITUTION:The entry nozzle 1 is connected to a bath tub 10 at an upstream side via an elastic joint 9, a circulating pump 11, and a pipeline 12. Hot water inhaled via the pump 11 is accelerated at the entry nozzle 1, and is exhausted to a mixing chamber 5, then, negative pressure is generated in the mixing chamber 5, and the air in a bath room is inhaled from a mixing inlet part 3 to the mixing chamber 5 passing an air suction pipe 13. Then, it is exhausted from the exit nozzle 2 to the bath tub 10. The elastic body 7 is interposed between the outer wall 4 of the mixing chamber 5 and the fixing frame 6 of the bath tub 10, and furthermore, the elastic body 8 is interposed between the wall 10a of the bath tub 10 and the fixing frame 6. Therefore, the pressure pulsation generated at the mixing chamber 5 is attenuated with the elastic bodies 7, 8, and vibrational energy transmitted to the inner wall 10a of the bath tub 10 can remarkably be reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 3, a conventional bubble water flow generating device of this type sucks hot water from a bathtub 10 with a circulation pump 11, and a mixing chamber 5 is provided downstream of this circulation pump 11. The tip is opened into the bathtub lO. The mixing chamber 5 is composed of an inlet nozzle 1 and an outlet nozzle 2 having horizontal axes, and a mixed air suction part 3 whose axis is perpendicular to the two nozzle axes, and is directly attached to the wall of the bathtub 10. Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional bubble water flow generating device, the intake air is sucked in from the upper end of the mixing section, so the bubble water flow does not become an axially symmetrical flow, especially at the outlet nozzle inlet section 2a. The radial pressure distribution of the bubble water flow was not uniform.

As a result, the bubbly water flow induces pressure pulsations and becomes a large vibration source, which causes the bathtub 10 to vibrate, and the other part propagates directly into the bathroom, and the other part propagates to the structure, radiating vibration noise to adjacent rooms and downstairs. It had problems such as:

When the 8-ring pump is operated to generate a bubbly water flow, the pressure pulsations generated in the area surrounded by the inlet and outlet nozzles vibrate the outlet nozzle, and the vibrations are transmitted through the outer wall of the mixing section to the bathtub. This will cause the walls to vibrate.

However, in the present invention, with the above-described configuration, the generated pressure pulsations are first alleviated by the elastic body interposed between the outer wall of the mixing section and the fixed frame. Furthermore, in the second stage, the vibration transmission from the fixed frame to the bathtub wall is alleviated by the elastic body interposed between the fixed frame and the bathtub wall.

As shown in the figure, the mixing chamber 5 surrounds an inlet nozzle l and an outlet nozzle 2 that are placed opposite each other at a certain distance, a mixed air intake part 3 provided around the inlet nozzle l, and a part of the outlet nozzle 2. It is composed of an outer wall 4 provided as shown in FIG. The fixed frame 6 is for connecting the mixing chamber 5 to the bathtub 1G, and is attached to the mixing chamber outer wall 4 and the bathtub inner wall 10a via elastic bodies 7 and 8, respectively. Note that the inlet nozzle l has an elastic joint 9 and a circulation pump 11 on the upstream side.
It is also connected to the bathtub 10 via piping 12. Further, the mixed air suction section 3 communicates with an air suction pipe 13, and the other end of the air suction pipe 13 is open to the atmosphere.

To explain the operation in the above configuration, when the circulation pump 11 is operated, the hot water sucked from the bathtub 10 through the pipe 11 becomes a high-speed water stream at the inlet nozzle 1 whose area is reduced, and is ejected into the mixing chamber 5. As a result, the pressure inside the mixing chamber becomes negative, and the air in the bathroom is sucked into the mixing chamber 5 from the mixing air suction section 3 through the air suction pipe 13. At this time, large pressure pulsations occur in a region 2a surrounded by the inlet nozzle 1 and the outlet nozzle 2, which excites the outlet nozzle 2. However, the vibration energy transmitted to the outlet nozzle 2 is attenuated by the elastic body 7 when it is transmitted to the fixed frame 6 via the outer wall 4 of the mixing chamber. Since the vibration energy transmitted to the fixed frame 6 is further attenuated by the elastic body 8,
At the point when the vibration energy is transmitted to , the vibration energy becomes small.

In this way, in this configuration, the pressure pulsations generated in the area 2a surrounded by the inlet nozzle l and the outlet nozzle 2 are not so strong at the time they are transmitted to the inner wall of the bathtub 10 due to the damping effect of the two elastic bodies 7 and 8. Vibration energy is greatly reduced. As a result, it is possible to greatly reduce the low-frequency sound that vibrates and radiates from the bathtub wall. In addition, since the mixing chamber 5 and the pipe 12 are connected by an elastic joint 9, pressure pulsations are directly transmitted to the pipe 12.
It is also possible to prevent the information from being transmitted to 2. Furthermore, since the elastic body 8 also acts as a sealing material, it also has the effect of preventing leakage of bathtub water.
