シートを加圧接合処理して長尺渦形ロール巻きを形成し
、該ロール巻き形成前若しくは形成後に表面をサンダー
により平滑に研削して厚さ調整をすると同時に、前記補
強不織布テープを該研削により除去することを特徴とす
るもので、補強のために貼る不織布テープ使用の痕跡を
全く残さず、しかも割れ、反り、捻れ、伸縮などを防ぎ
かつ柔軟性を生じさせた銘木単板は−ルを提供できる進
歩性を持つ。

ールにして長尺形を保持し、長尺の繊維質シート8との
連続高速接合を施す工程において、酢酸ビニール等の接
着剤の連続塗着、繊維質シート8の連続供給による重ね
合わせを行い得るようにして繊維質シート8の高速接着
を可能にできる。また繊維質シー)・8を裏貼りしだ長
尺単板突き板は補強の不織布テープ5を貼った表面2を
サンダーにより研削して、厚み調整と補強不繊布テープ
5の除去を該研削により施して平滑面9に仕上げる工程
