[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventionally, however, since the base material is fed in an open state in the timing section, the solvent of the resin varnish impregnated in the first impregnation section tends to evaporate, and the evaporation of the solvent causes the coating to deteriorate. There is a problem in that the viscosity of the impregnated resin varnish increases and the penetration of the resin varnish is inhibited. Furthermore, since the solvent evaporates in the timing section, the amount of solvent evaporated in the dryer during drying is reduced, and the energy used for combustion in the deodorizer is not used. In other words, the evaporated solvent is used as part of the fuel for the deodorizing machine that treats the exhaust air from the dryer, but if the amount of evaporated solvent is small, extra fuel is required and no energy-saving effect can be achieved.

The base material 1 is paper, glass cloth, etc., and is connected from the entrance 19 of the outer box 10 to the first impregnated part 4, the timing part 5, and the second impregnated part 6.
, the outlet 20 of the outer box 10 , and the dryer 8 in this order. As the resin varnish 3, phenol resin, epoxy resin, etc. are used. Base material 1 is the first
When delivered to the impregnating section 4, the resin varnish 3 is applied and impregnated with the contact roll 2. Since the coating is performed using the outer contact roll 2, the resin varnish 3 is impregnated with the resin varnish 3 while the air contained in the base material 1 is deaerated. Resin varnish 3 in the first impregnated part 4
The base material 1 impregnated with the resin varnish 3 is sent to the timing section 5, and as time passes, the base material 1 is impregnated with the resin varnish 3. At this time, since the path through which the base material 1 is sent is covered with the cover 7, evaporation of the solvent of the resin varnish 3 is suppressed, and penetration of the resin varnish 3 is performed smoothly. In addition, a nonflammable gas such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide is supplied from the nonflammable gas supply pipe 15 to expel the evaporated solvent inside the cover 7 (parts), thereby preventing an explosion due to an increase in the concentration of solvent gas. There is. Furthermore, the oxygen concentration within the cover 7 is measured by an oxygen concentration meter 21, and managed to prevent an explosion. In addition, the end A of the cover 7 on the second impregnation section 6 side is connected to the container 16.
This reduces air circulation and stabilizes the temperature and oxygen content. The base material 1 sent from the timing section 5 to the second impregnating section 6 is dipped in the resin varnish 3 in the container 16, and the base material 1 is impregnated with the resin varnish 3. The base material 1 impregnated with the resin varnish in the second impregnating section 6 is sent to the squeeze roll 18, compressed, and exits from the outlet 20, and is sent to the drying fi8 to be dried. In the dryer 8, much of the solvent of the resin varnish is evaporated by heating, and the evaporated solvent is used as part of the fuel for the deodorizer, thereby reducing the amount of fuel used in the deodorizer. In reality, fuel consumption is 1/2 to 2 compared to conventional methods.

7- [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention is provided with a cover for preventing evaporation of the solvent in the timing part so as to surround the path through which the base material is fed, so that the base material is not evaporated in the first impregnation part. It is possible to suppress the evaporation of the resin varnish applied and impregnated onto the material at the timing part, prevent the increase in the viscosity of the resin varnish, improve the penetration of the resin varnish, and significantly improve the quality of the product. In addition, by suppressing the evaporation of solvent in the timing section, the amount of solvent evaporated in the dryer can be increased, and the evaporated solvent can be used as fuel for the deodorizer, reducing the amount of fuel used by the deodorizer and saving energy. Moreover, since non-flammable gas such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide is supplied inside the cover of the timing section, even if the cover is used to surround the timing section, the gas concentration of the evaporating solvent can be prevented from increasing and an explosion can occur. This is something that can be prevented.
