    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. その一方の面に作用する圧力設定ばねの弾性力
    を基準値として他面に作用する二次側流体圧力に
    応じて湾曲し、その湾曲変位で弁棒を変位せしめ
    て操作する減圧弁のダイヤフラムに於てそのダイ
    ヤフラムを、下方に凸状に湾曲して圧力設定ばね
    に当接せしめた第１のダイヤフラムと、上方に凸
    状に湾曲して弁棒に当接せしめた第２のダイヤフ
    ラムを配置したことを特徴とする減圧弁。
