Claims (1)
- その一方の面に作用する圧力設定ばねの弾性力
を基準値として他面に作用する二次側流体圧力に
応じて湾曲し、その湾曲変位で弁棒を変位せしめ
て操作するダイヤフラムが熱膨脹により湾曲変位
する力に抗するように温度応動部材を配置したこ
とを特徴とする減圧弁。
