BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Tap water in recent years contains a large amount of free chlorine, so it has a lot of chalky odor (chlorine odor). Therefore, conventional water heaters discharge free chlorine in the water into the atmosphere by maintaining the boiling time for several minutes, thereby removing the limescale odor from tap water.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, there is a limit to the removal of free chlorine by the above method, and it has not been possible to remove free chlorine sufficiently and in a short time. Another problem is that if the water is boiled for a long time, steam will continue to come out from the water heater.

Therefore, it is possible to extract delicious hot water with less limescale odor. In addition, after the water temperature in the hot water storage container reaches the set temperature, the pump is activated and water flows into the circulation path, which allows the volume of circulation to be drowned out by the sound of boiling water, and removes free chlorine. There is no noise at times.

EXAMPLE Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes the exterior main body of the water heater, in which a hot water storage container 2 with an inner diameter of 150 mm and a depth of about 180 mm is provided for storing hot water. Reference numeral 3 denotes an inner stopper attached to seal the mouth of the hot water storage container 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes an upper lid attached to the upper part of the exterior main body 1 so as to be able to be opened and closed. Reference numeral 5 denotes a check valve, which passes through the inner stopper 3 and communicates with the inside of the hot water storage container 2 and the atmosphere. 6 is a motor provided at the bottom between the exterior main body l and the hot water storage container 2. A pump 7 is driven by a motor 6, and its suction port 8 communicates with the bottom of the hot water storage container 2. Reference numeral 9 indicates a discharge port of the pump, and hot water is pumped upward via a discharge vibrator 10, passes through a switching valve 11, and enters a spout 12.
The water is then circulated back into the hot water storage container 2 through an injection path where it is poured into a hot water tank or the like, or through a circulation path 13. Reference numeral 14 denotes a heating heater, which is attached to the lower side surface of the hot water storage container 2 and heats the water in the hot water storage container. Reference numeral 15 denotes an actuator for driving the motor 6, which is composed of a switch and a variable resistor, and is activated via a rod 17 when a push button 16 is pressed. Reference numeral 18 denotes a compression type spring, and this spring 18 always urges the rod 17 upward. Reference numeral 19 denotes a changeover valve switch for operating the changeover valve 11, which can be operated freely from outside the exterior main body 1, and allows switching between the water injection path and the circulation path. Reference numeral 20 denotes a temperature detector that detects the water temperature in the hot water storage container 2. When the temperature reaches a set temperature, the pump 7 is activated and the circulation path 13 is activated.

In a state where hot water is stored in the hot water storage container 2, when hot water is to be extracted, the switch of the starting part 15 is turned on by pressing down on the push button 16, and by further pressing down, the resistance is varied and the supply voltage is changed. The motor 6 is energized. When the motor 6 is energized, the pump 7
operates, sucking hot water from the suction port 8 of the pump 7,
From the discharge port 9, the discharge pipe 11 passes through the switching valve 12. At this time, if the changeover valve switch 19 opens the valve toward the water injection path, hot water is extracted to the outside from the water injection port 12. Furthermore, at this time, if the valve in the circulation path 13 is open, the hot water flows through the circulation path 13 and the shower 21 into the hot water storage container 2 again.

On the other hand, the heater 14 is heated at the same time as it is energized, and when the temperature of the hot water in the hot water storage container 2 reaches 100°C, the temperature detector 20
is activated, and power supply to the heater 14 is interrupted. Further, the heater 14 can be heated continuously by operating a switch that allows the heating to continue even when the temperature of the hot water reaches 100°C.

Now, in 1000 wl of ultrapure water, the initial free chlorine concentration is 2p.
Chlorinated water is added to the hot water so that the pI is 11, and the water is stored in the hot water storage container 2. Assume that the push button 16 is pressed down at the same time as the water heater is energized, the pump 7 is activated, and hot water is circulated through the circulation path 13 at a flow rate of 50 cc/sec. Figure 2 shows the change in free chlorine concentration in the hot water at this time. The free chlorine concentration was determined according to the residual chlorine item of the water purification test method and the DPD method. The vertical axis is the residual rate of free chlorine, and the horizontal axis is the time the water is boiling. After the water reached 100° C., it was continuously heated by the heater 14 to maintain boiling.

なお湯が沸騰するまでに約8分の時間がかかっている。It takes about 8 minutes for the water to boil.

In the figure, a shows a case in which nothing is filled in the shower 21, b shows a case in which 1 g of fibrous aluminum is filled in the shower 21, and C shows a case in which 1 g of activated carbon is filled in the shower 21. As is clear from the figure, the chlorine removal rate is better when filled with fibrous aluminum and activated carbon.

By the way, when the set temperature of the temperature sensor 20 is set to, for example, 80° C., hot water circulates through the circulation path 13, but the sound of circulating hot water at this time is drowned out by the sound of boiling water. In this way, by setting the pump operation temperature close to the boiling temperature of hot water, it is possible to drown out the circulating sound of hot water when the hot water is circulated and diffused in the shower.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the present invention, free chlorine components in the hot water are reduced by circulating hot water in a water heater and filling a filler in the shower that is open to the atmosphere. It can efficiently remove chlorine and provide delicious hot water with low chlorine content during extraction. In addition, a temperature detector is installed to detect the water temperature in the hot water storage container, and when the water temperature in the hot water storage container reaches a set temperature, the pump is activated and water flows into the circulation path. It can drown out circulating sounds and reduce noise.
