を提供することを目的としている。(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a trolley-type heating furnace used to heat objects to be heated such as steel ingots and billets, and also to heat them when performing casting, rolling, heat treatment, etc. after heating. It is something. (Conventional Techniques!) Conventionally, there has been a trolley-type heating furnace shown in FIG. And the inside and outside of this furnace body 102 (left and right in the figure)
A trolley 10 moving on rails 108 laid across
3, and the inside of the furnace body 102 is heated by a plurality of burners (not shown) provided on its wall. The furnace body 102 is equipped with circulation fans 104, 104 for uniformizing the internal temperature, and has a carriage entrance/exit 102a at the left end in the figure.
A door 106 suspended from a chain 105 is opened and closed by being moved up and down by the operation of a chain winding/feeding device (not shown). In this case, when the cart 103 is placed inside the furnace body 102, the rear end (the left end in the figure) of the cart 103 slightly protrudes from the cart entrance/exit 102a of the furnace body 102, and the door 106 In the lowered state, the furnace body 102 is hermetically sealed by bringing its lower surface into contact with the upper surface of the protruding portion of the truck 103. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above-mentioned conventional cart-type heating furnace 101, when replacing a plurality of steel ingots 110 (only one is shown in FIG. 3) placed on the cart 103, 1. For example, when the cart 103 is frequently taken in and out, such as during forging work, it takes a long time to open and close the door 106 for the cart entrance 102a, resulting in poor work efficiency.
Moreover, during this period, the heating efficiency of the steel ingot 110 decreased due to an increase in the amount of heat escaping from the furnace body 102, resulting in a corresponding worsening of fuel efficiency, which was a serious problem. In addition, since the temperature drops sharply when the +1° carriage 103 is taken out of the furnace body 102 (located near the 1-car entrance/exit 1 oza), there is a problem that uneven heating and scale are likely to occur in the steel ingot 110. Therefore, solving these problems has been a challenge in the past. (Purpose of the Invention) The present invention has been made by focusing on the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is possible to improve work efficiency even when the cart is frequently put in and taken out. By suppressing the amount of heat escaping during loading and unloading and increasing heating efficiency, fuel efficiency is improved, and in addition, it prevents uneven heating and scale from occurring on heated objects such as steel ingots and slabs. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a trolley-type heating furnace that can improve quality with less heating.

ることも可能である。(Means for Solving the Problems) A cart-type heating furnace according to the present invention is provided with a standing wall portion that constitutes at least a part of the door portion of the heating furnace on a cart that moves on rails laid inside and outside the furnace body. The trolley-type heating furnace having such a structure is a means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems. In this case, it is possible to install the standing wall up to the height of the entire heating furnace door to completely eliminate the time required to open and close the door, but the trolley may protrude outside the furnace body. In consideration of the amount of heat escaping, it is preferable that the vertical wall portion has a height that is approximately half the height of the door portion. (Function of the invention) Since the trolley-type heating furnace according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the time required for loading and unloading the trolley is reduced.
It is shorter than before, improving work efficiency. In addition, when the cart is moved in and out, the amount of heat escaping from the furnace is reduced, which increases the heating efficiency of objects to be heated such as steel ingots and slabs, improving fuel efficiency. Now, when the trolley is taken out of the furnace, the contact with the outside air is gentler than in the past, so the temperature decreases less, uneven heating and scaling are less likely to occur, and the steel ingots and The quality of wave energy and hot materials such as steel pieces will improve. (Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of a trolley-type heating furnace according to the present invention. That is, the cart-type heating furnace 1 shown in the figure includes a furnace body 2 installed on the ground E, and a cart 4 that moves on rails 3 laid inside and outside the furnace body 2. The furnace body 2 has a plurality of burners 5 (
(shown only in FIG. 2) to heat the inside, and a plurality of circulation fans 6 provided at the top to make the inside temperature uniform. Further, the furnace body 2 has an opening 2b at the left end in FIG.
The rail 3 is laid through this opening 2b, and the cart 4 enters and exits into the furnace body 2 through this opening 2b. On the other hand, the truck 4 includes a plurality of steel ingot supports 4b on which the steel ingots 20 are placed on its upper surface 4a. Also, the rear end of the trolley 4 (second
(left end of the figure) is designed so that when the cart 4 is placed in the furnace body 2, it slightly protrudes from the opening 2b, and there are markings around the cart 4 to prevent heat from escaping from below. A heat cutoff mechanism is provided to prevent heat loss. The cart-type heating furnace 1 includes a door portion 10 that closes the opening 2b of the furnace body 2. This door portion 10 has an opening 2
Door body 1 that moves up and down between columns 11 and 11 provided on both sides of b
2 and a standing wall portion 13 provided at the rear end of the truck 4. In this embodiment, the height of the standing wall portion 13 is greater than that of the truck 4.
The width of the vertical wall portion 13 is approximately half the distance from the upper surface 4a to the upper end of the opening 2b, and the width of the vertical wall portion 13 is slightly larger than the width of the opening 2b. The door body 12 is suspended from one end of each chain 16.16, the intermediate portion of which is hooked onto pulleys 15, 15, which are respectively received at the upper ends of the columns 11.11. The door body 12 is moved up and down between the pillars 11.11 by operating a chain winding/unwinding device (not shown) provided at the other end of each of the chains 16.16. In the lowered state (the state shown by imaginary lines in FIGS. 1 and 2), the lower surface of the door body 12 is
The opening 2b of the furnace body 2 is sealed by bringing it into contact with the upper surface of the furnace body 2. Therefore, in this embodiment, the time required to open and close the opening 2b of the furnace body 2, that is, the time required for loading and unloading the trolley 4, is approximately half that of the conventional method, and work efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, as the time during which the opening 2b of the furnace body 2 is open is shortened, the amount of heat escaping from the opening 2b can be suppressed to a small extent, so that the heating efficiency of the steel ingot 20 is increased. , near the vertical wall portion 13 of the cart 4, the cart 4 is moved to the furnace body 2.
When the steel ingot 20
There is less possibility of uneven heating or scale formation. The detailed configuration of the trolley-type heating furnace according to the present invention is as follows:
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and, for example, the height of the standing wall portion 13 can be changed as appropriate depending on the size of the steel ingot 20.

た効果がもたらされる。As explained above, according to the cart-type heating furnace according to the present invention, the cart that moves on the rails laid inside and outside the furnace body is provided with a standing wall portion that constitutes at least a part of the door portion of the heating furnace. Because of the structure, even when carts are frequently moved in and out, the work can be carried out efficiently, and the amount of heat escaping at that time can be kept to a minimum, so that heated objects such as steel ingots and slabs can be kept to a minimum. It becomes possible to improve the heating efficiency of objects and improve fuel efficiency, and in addition, the extremely excellent effect of improving the quality of objects to be heated such as steel ingots and slabs is brought about.
