したり、大きいままのシート状ゴムチップ平板の周囲に
相互に嵌合可能なジヨイント部を成形したゴムチップ平

であり、4は鼓形状のもので、5.6はそれぞれ該鼓形
状のもの4を二分したものである。7は該ブロック2.
3,4,5.6の周囲に生じたばりを除去するためと縁
取り(模様付け)のためにその周囲を砥石車8に押付け
て角を削り取った面取り部である。9はブロック案内面
で、各ブロック2.3,4,5.6を該案内面9上に載
置し、砥石車8に押付けると面取り必要箇所に面取り7
を施すように配置したものである。IOは押さえローラ
ーで、該案内面9の砥石車8寄りの上方に設備したもの
で、各ブロック2,3.4゜5.6の面取り必要箇所に
面取り7を施す際に、各ブロックを砥石車8に案内する
と共に、安定に押付けるものである。また面取り7の形
状を変更する場合には、砥石車8の形状を変更すること
によって簡易に変更が可能である。11は第4図に示す
ようにシート状ゴムチップ平板lの周囲に成形した台形
状の凸部で、同様に成形した台形状の凹部12と相互に
嵌合するようにしたもので、ジヨイント部13を構成す
