This invention relates to a rotating reel that is easy to manufacture, has low manufacturing costs, and has the following characteristics: the attached reel tape is difficult to shift or peel off. ``Prior Art'' (1) A rotating reel used in a slot machine consists of a supporting part that is appropriately hollowed out in a radial manner, a cylindrical outer peripheral part that projects from the outer periphery of the supporting part at almost a right angle, and one end of the outer peripheral part. Or, it is formed from a rotating reel formed from rings protruding from both ends, and a band-shaped reel tape fixed to the outer periphery of the rotating reel. This rotary reel is manufactured using a cutting die using a material such as thermoplastic resin, so it has a cutting die. Conventionally, the outline of rotating reels can be roughly divided into the following types with a diameter of 21 mm. (2> As a first example, the perspective view is shown in FIG. 5, for example. The rotating reel shown in FIG. 5 is formed from a reel 11 and a band-shaped reel table 40. 11 is a cylindrical outer peripheral part 30 and an outer peripheral part 3 from one side end of this outer peripheral part 30.
Support part l5 provided toward the center of 0 and its outer peripheral part 3
It consists of a mountain ring part 35 formed by protruding a convex protrusion on one end of the outer peripheral surface of 0. The support portion 15 includes a disk-shaped central circular portion 16 having a through hole at the center, a plurality of radiating portions 20 extending radially from the center of the central circular portion 16, and an outer portion of the central circular portion 16 of the radiating portion 20. It consists of a donut-shaped outer circle part 25 concentric with the center of the central circle part 16, and a number of tip parts 29 extending radially from the outer periphery of the outer circle part 25 around the center of the central circle part 16. The outer circumferential portion 30 is made of a plate that protrudes from the tip portion 29 at an angle greater than a right angle to the plane formed by the central circular portion lO by the amount of the taper. The mountain ring portion 35 is formed by protruding a ring-shaped inner curved surface having a square cross-sectional shape from above one end of the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 30. Such a reel 11 is called a ``Katayama reel.'' The rotating reel is formed by the reel l1 as described above and the reel tape 40 attached to the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral part 30 of the reel 11. Note that since the reel 11 is molded using a punching die, the outer circumferential portion 30 of a normal single-sided reel is tapered from the side of the mountain ring portion 35 toward the side of the opposite mountain ring portion 35. (3) Although illustration of the second example of the rotary reel is omitted, it will be explained based on FIG. 5, which was explained as the first example. A rotating reel is first formed by forming a reel with mountain rings located at both ends of the outer circumferential surface of the outer periphery, and then fixing a reel tape between the two mountain ring portions to form a rotating reel. .. The outer periphery tapers from one side of the mountain ring to the opposite side of the ring. This type of rotating reel body is called a ``Ryoyama reel.''"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" However, in the conventional manufacturing of rotary reels, the rotary reel body is molded using a cutting die using a material such as thermoplastic resin and is IJ-manufactured, so the following problems occur. There was a drawback. (1> Katayama reel reel 11 explained as the first example is relatively easy to manufacture its cutting die, and the cutting die itself is also easy to manufacture. However, the outer peripheral part 30 of the reel l1 is As explained above, the reel l1 is provided with a pull-out taper, so the outer peripheral part 30 is inclined. For this reason, even if the reel tape 40 is attached to the outer circumferential portion 30, the contact area between the two is small, so the adhesive force is weak.Therefore, the reel tape 40 is easily peeled off or twisted.(2) Second The Okayama reel explained as an example is formed by attaching a reel tape between two crest ring parts, so the reel tape is difficult to move and will not peel off or twist even when the rotating reel rotates. However, the cutting die used to manufacture the double-crested reel is complicated.In other words, the two-crested reel cannot be made unless the cutting die is pulled out toward the outside of the circumference.
The cutting die is TI. The cutting dies themselves were not easy to manufacture because they were complicated, and the manufacturing process involved many steps, making it difficult to manufacture rotating reels. (3) As mentioned above, the disadvantage of the single-sided reel that the reel tape comes off easily can be solved with a double-sided reel, and the disadvantage that the double-sided reel is not easy to manufacture can be solved with a single-sided reel. However, There has not been a rotary reel that solves both of these drawbacks at the same time, that is, a rotary reel that is easy to manufacture because the reel tape does not peel off easily. An object of the present inventors is to provide a rotating reel that is easy to manufacture and that can be easily manufactured.
We thought that it would be possible to easily make a double-mounted reel, and came up with the present invention. That is, according to the present invention, the cylindrical outer peripheral part 30, the support part 15 provided from one side end of this outer peripheral part 30 toward the center of the outer peripheral part 30, and the one end circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral part 30. A single crest reel 10 consisting of a crest ring portion 35 formed by protruding a convex protrusion;
The upper ring portion 3 5 ffl. a fitting ring 50 fixed to lI so that the height of the outer circumferential portion 30 from the outer circumferential surface is almost the same as that of the mountain ring 35;
A band-shaped reel table fixed to the outer peripheral part 30 between the threaded ring part 35 and the threaded ring 50 of the rotary reel main body 60 formed by the threaded reel 10 and the threaded ring 50. A rotating reel is provided. “Examples” The present invention will be explained in more detail by examples below.
It will be clear that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. FIG. 1 is a surface diagram and a plan view of a Katayama reel as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a side view and a plan view of a fitting ring formed separately from a single-sided reel as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the joint portion between the Katayama reel and the fitting ring. (1) The rotating reel of this embodiment is formed of a single-sided reel 10, an inset ring 50 that is fitted into the single-sided reel 10 to form a rotating reel body 60, and a band-shaped reel table 40. The explanation will be based on the assumption that the reels are set up. (2) The Katayama reel 10 includes a cylindrical outer peripheral part 30, a support part 15 provided from one end of this outer peripheral part 30 toward the center of the outer peripheral part 30, and an outer periphery of the outer peripheral part 30 on the side opposite to the support part 15. It consists of a mountain ring part 35 formed by protruding a convex projection on the circumference of the surface. The support part 15 includes a disk-shaped central circular part 16 having a through hole at the center, four radiating parts 20 radiating from the center of the central circular part 16, and the radiating parts 20.
It consists of a donut-shaped outer circular part 25 that is located on the outer side when viewed from the central circular part 16 and is concentric with the center of the central circular part 16. The outer peripheral part 30 is formed of a large number of flat plates that protrude from the outer periphery of the outer circular part 25 at an angle greater than a right angle to the plane formed by the central circular part 16 by the amount of the drawing taper. The mountain ring portion 35 has a ring shape and is formed by protruding outward while its inner supporting surface is continuously positioned on one end circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 30 .

The distance to the side is defined as the "depth of the fitting hole 26." (3) The fitting ring 50 has a ring shape with a stepped cross section, as shown in Fig. 2. This stepped fitting The smaller outer diameter of the ring 50 is the fitting part 50A, and the larger outer diameter is the large diameter ring part 50B. In addition, the outer diameter of the large diameter ring portion 50B side of the fitting ring 50 is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the threaded ring portion 35 of the single threaded reel 10. Eight single-arrow-shaped insertion portions 5l corresponding to the fitting holes 26 of the portion 25 are provided so as to protrude toward the side opposite to the large-diameter ring portion 50B.As shown in a cross-sectional view in FIG. , this insertion portion 51 includes a root portion 51A that protrudes from the fitting portion 50A side to the anti-large diameter ring portion 50B side and has a rectangular longitudinal section, and an arrow-shaped root portion 51A that extends from the tip of the root portion 51A toward the anti-large diameter ring portion 50B side. The vertical cross-sectional shape of the root portion 51A is a rectangle that is slightly smaller than the rectangle that is the shape of the fitting hole 26, and is tapered toward the arrow portion 51B by the amount of the extraction taper. The length from the fitting part 50A side of the part 51A to the fitting part 50Al [1 end of the arrow part 51B is the same as the depth J of the fitting hole 26 described above. It has a single arrow shape with a smooth inner curved surface side.At the arrow part 51B, from the fitting part 50A side, the anti-large diameter ring part 50
It has a single arrow shape in which the vertical cross-sectional area toward B increases once and then decreases, and its maximum vertical cross-sectional area is approximately the same as the entrance area of the fitting hole 26 on the opposite side of the ring portion 35 . ■ At the fitting part 50A, the fitting ring 5
Smooth plates 52 having a thickness corresponding to the taper length of the outer circumferential portion 30 are placed at equal intervals on a concentric circle outward from the insertion portion 5l when viewed from the center of the insertion portion 5l.
It protrudes toward the side. The distance from the outer surface of the smooth plate 52 facing the center of the fitting ring 50 is approximately the same as the diameter of the circle formed by the outer curved surface of the outer circumferential portion 30 on the ridge ring portion 35 side. In addition, the inset ring 5
The distance from the inner surface of the smooth plate 52 facing the center of 0 is approximately the same as the diameter of the circle formed by the outer curved surface of the outer circumferential portion 30 on the opposite side of the ring portion 35 . (4) Katayama reel 1
Insertion part 51 of fitting ring 50 into fitting hole 26 of 0
By pushing and fixing, a rotary reel 60 is formed. That is, the maximum longitudinal cross-sectional area of the insertion portion 51 is the same as the entrance area of the fitting 626, and the distance from the fitting portion 50A of the root portion 51A to the fitting portion 50A of the arrow portion 51B is
Since the length to the flTJ end is the same value as the "depth of the fitting hole 26," when the push-in part 51 is inserted into the fitting hole 26, the fitting ring 50 is fixed to the one-sided ring 10 and the rotating reel body 60 will be formed.
At this time, since the distance from the inner surface to the inner surface of the smooth plate 52 facing the center of the fitting ring 50 is approximately the same value as the diameter of the circle formed by the outer curved surface on the opposite side of the ring portion 35 of the outer peripheral portion 30, the smooth plate 52 is smooth. The inner surface of the plate 52 comes into contact with the outer peripheral part 30. ■ Since the outer diameter of the large diameter ring portion 50B of the fitting ring 50 is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the ridge ring portion 35 of the single ridge reel 10, the large diameter ring portion 50B side forms another ridge ring of the rotating reel body 60. As a result, the rotating reel main body 60 becomes a double-crested reel. ■ By fixing the reel tape 40 on the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral part 30 of the rotary reel main body 60 formed by the single ridge reel 10 and the fitting ring 50 and between the ridge ring part 35 and the large diameter ring part 35. , a rotating reel is formed. The effects of this embodiment will be explained below. The rotating reel of this embodiment has a rotating reel body 60 which is a double-sided reel formed by a single-sided reel 10 and an inset ring 50 fixed to the single-sided reel 10, and a reel tape 40 is attached to the circumferential surface of the rotating reel body 60. By fixing , a rotating reel is formed, which has the following effects. ■Although the number of parts that make up the rotating reel main body 60 increases, both the Katayama reel 10 and the fitting ring 50 can be manufactured using a simple cutting die. Therefore, it is possible to provide a rotating reel that is easy to manufacture. ■ Although a slight taper remains on the rotating reel main tree 60 formed by the Katayama reel 10 and the fitting ring 50, the reel tape 40 has ridges that hold down both ends, making it a rotating reel that is difficult to peel off or twist. .. Therefore, reel tape 4
It is possible to provide a rotating reel that does not require frequent repair or replacement due to peeling or twisting of the zero. ■ The fitting ring 50 has a smooth plate 52,
A smooth plate 5 facing the center of the fitting ring 50
The distance from the outer surface of No. 2 to the outer surface is the same as the diameter of the circle formed by the outer curved surface of the outer peripheral portion 30 on the mountain ring portion 35 side. Therefore, when the rotary reel main body 60 is formed by the single ridge reel 10 and the fitting ring 50, the outer surface of the smooth plate 52 is approximately parallel to the outer curved surface on the ridge ring portion 35 side of the outer peripheral portion 30, so that the surface of the reel tape is tilted. It can be fixed to the outer periphery 30 of the rotation reel main body 60 without twisting. Therefore,
It is possible to provide a rotating reel in which the reel tape is difficult to peel off or twist. Below, variations of this example will be explained. (1) In the rotary reel of this embodiment, as a method of forming the double-crested rotating reel main body 60 by the single-sided reel 10 and the fitting ring 50, the single-sided reel 10 is
Insert a fitting ring 50rs into the through hole 26 provided in the llm.
Although the explanation has been made assuming that the insertion portion 51 provided in the insertion portion 51 is inserted and fixed,
For example, the following methods may be used, but are not limited to these. ■ A push-in part is provided for the Katayama reel measurement, and a fitting ring I is installed.
It is also possible to form the rotary reel body 60 with both ridges by providing a fitting hole in the ltlJ that fits the push-in part. ■ It is possible to form the rotating reel body 60 with both crests even if the surfaces where the single crest reel and the embedding ring come in contact are fixed by a fixing means such as adhesive, without providing a push-in part or a fitting hole. .. (2) The rotating reel of this example is:
A single ridge reel 10 is formed by providing a ridge ring portion 35 on the anti-center circular portion 1 6 11 flll end of the outer peripheral portion 3o,
Although it has been explained that a double-crested reel is formed by fitting the fitting ring 50 into the opposite-crested ring portion 35011 of the single-sided reel 10, the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in a cross-sectional view in FIG. 4, a ridge ring portion 35 is provided at the end of the outer circumferential portion 30 on the side of the center circular portion 16 to form the single ridge reel 10, and the opposite ridge ring portion 351 of the single ridge reel 10 is formed. I
Also, by fitting the blister ring 50 into I+,
It is possible to form a double-mounted reel. (3) The mountain ring portion 35 and the large-diameter ring 50B shown in this embodiment are shown as continuously protruding from both end circumferences of the outer peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion 30 when the rotating reel tk60 is formed. However, it is not limited to 7 rurano.
As long as the reel tape fixed between the mountain ring part 35 and the fitting ring 50 does not shift or twist,
A missing part may be provided as appropriate. "Effects of the Invention" As explained above, according to the present invention, a rotating reel body which is a double-sided reel is formed by a single-sided reel and an inset ring fixed to the single-sided reel, and the reel is attached to the circular surface of the rotating reel body. Since a rotating reel is formed by positioning the tape, it has the following effects. ■Although the number of parts that make up the rotating reel body is increased by one, each part can be manufactured easily. ■ Although a slight taper remains on the rotating reel body formed by the reel and the fitting ring, the reel tape has ridges on both ends, making the rotating reel difficult to peel off or twist. Therefore,
It is possible to provide a rotating reel that does not require frequent repair or replacement due to lq peeling or twisting of the reel tape.
