Abstract

PURPOSE:To keep uniformity of punched products as well as to improve efficiency by advancing an underlay mat forward as crossed with a packaging material, and shifting the position of punched marks on the underlay mat. CONSTITUTION:A material sheet is perforated by a Thomson trimming die 2 and intermittently or continuously moved, thus cut operation is repeatedly carried out. At this time, a crossing mat 3 laid down as crossed with the underside of the material sheet 1 at a lower part of the trimming die is moved in succession and it comes to such a position as different in punched marks 31 at all times. In this connection, as for a suchlike one as not fully opened like half-cut and perforation and moved together with the material sheet 1, it is desirable that the crossing mat 3 uses a nonadhesive woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, film or the like as materials in order to facilitate its separation from the material sheet 1 after the cut process.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Industrial Field of Application The present invention is capable of cutting pharmaceuticals by half-cutting, dot-cutting, or completely punch-cutting packaging materials such as paper, plastic films, and aluminum foil laminated sheets. This invention relates to a method for punching and cutting packaging materials used for lids and other containers for foods, cosmetics, etc.

(b), Conventional Technology Conventionally, when punching resin film, paper, aluminum foil processed sheets, etc. for the above purpose, it is performed by applying pressure with a Thomson blade or the like from a sheet or tape-shaped material. However, normally only the material moves sequentially and the underlying base mat is fixed, so if the cutting edge is repeatedly pressurized, the surface of the pace mat may be damaged or worn, resulting in loss of uniformity and adversely affecting the product. Not only did this cause a problem, but the wear and tear on the cutting edge was also large.

Furthermore, there were many drawbacks, such as the need for a removal mechanism such as a male and female blade in order to continuously take out the punched products, to continuously manufacture the punched products as products, and to collect the punched dregs at the same time. .

(e) Problems to be Solved by the Invention In view of the many drawbacks of the prior art as described above, the present invention aims to prevent the fi 41 of Besmat from being worn out due to repeated pressure using a Thomson blade, etc. Dotting improves the efficiency of cutting operations and reduces wear and tear on the cutting edge. In addition, even when cutting completely, the punched product is collected on a mat, and the hole punching allows the product to be manufactured continuously. This work was completed with the aim of providing a processing method that can improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.

For example, Fig. 1 is a plan view of an example of dotted cutting of an aluminum foil processing sheet, but the material sheet (1) is dotted and cut by a Thomson cutting die (2) intermittently or continuously. The cutting process is repeated and the cutting process is repeated, but the crossing mat (3) laid across the lower surface of the cutting die (1) is moved one after another and the cutting marks (31) are always at different positions. Do as you like.

In addition, for half cuts and dotted cuts that do not open completely and move together with the material sheet +1), the crossing mat (3) is used as a material to facilitate separation from the material sheet +11 after the cutting process. It is preferable to use non-adhesive woven fabric, non-woven fabric, film, etc. (hereinafter referred to as separate cloth, separate film, etc.).
