本発明は包装資材たる紙質、プラスチックフィルム、ア
ルミニウム箔積層シート等のハーフカット、点付はカッ
ト、全抜きカット等を行うことによって薬品、食品、化
粧品等の容器の蓋その他に使用する包装資材の抜きカッ

加工シート等を抜き加工する場合には、シート状又はテ
ープ状の素材よりトムソン刃等の加圧により行われるが
、通常は素材のみが逐次移動し、下敷きのベースマット
は固定状態であるため、刃先が繰り返し加圧され°ると
、ペースマットの表面が損傷又は摩耗等して均一性を失
い製品に悪影響を及ぼすのみならず、刃先の消耗も大き
