は側フランジ6aと直交する方向に延出する上部
フランジ6bが形成されている。結合部材6はプ
レス加工で一体に製作することが望ましい。上記
結合部材6の上部フランジ6bは、第5図のよう
に平板状に形成してもよいし、あるいは、第7図
に示したように横断面がΩ字状の形材をそのまま
直角に折曲した形状にプレス加工により製作して
もよい。

ツトそれぞれ、組立完了後の結合が可能となるの
で、極めて容易であり、しかも側構体と台枠とを
十分強固に結合することができる。また、水平面
と垂直面を有する前記結合部材が介在するのて、
組付時の相互のすり合せが不要で、台枠に結合部
材の付いた側構体を載せるだけでよく、歪を防止
し、外観を美麗に保つことができる。台枠と側構
体との結合部は、結合部材自体により補強され、
また側柱が側梁により上下に分断されることがな
いから、十分な車体強度が得られ、特に外側板を
台枠下方に延出する場合に最適で、部材構成が簡
易化される。
