It was used as.

There were problems such as peeling. Therefore, first, the side of the base material itself, such as plywood, is processed into an actual shape, and then a cork sheet formed in the shape of a tile is pasted on the top surface of the processed plywood.

The aim is to provide decorative flooring materials that take advantage of this.

In addition, a pair of cut surfaces 12, 12 are formed in the vertical direction of the board thickness on the side 11 of the decorative flooring material in the longitudinal direction.
An elongated protrusion, the so-called fruit 13, is formed approximately in the center of 2.

In other words, even if the cork material is locally subjected to impact force by a processing machine, this highly elastic polymer will buffer the cork material and prevent it from breaking.

Since the plywood and cork material, as well as the adhesive that bonds them together, are not constructed with sufficient consideration for local impact during cutting, the cork material peels off from the top surface of the plywood, and furthermore, the cork material itself is damaged.

Since the long fiber material is homogeneously dispersed in the form of a monofilament, localized impact during cutting can be dispersed.

自体の破損も著しく低減する。 Furthermore, since the adhesive 3 that bonds the fiber-reinforced plastic material 1 and the cork material 2 is an adhesive that forms a highly extensible polymer, the deformation of the fiber-reinforced plastic material 1 due to the above-mentioned local impact will be prevented. It is also smoothly transmitted to the cork material 2 via the highly elastic adhesive 3. As a result, even if a local impact is applied to the plate side 11 as in actual processing, the base material 1
The impact is absorbed by itself, and the displacement with the cork material 2 is absorbed by the adhesive forming the highly elastic polymer, so no peeling occurs between the two, and the cork material 2
Damage to itself is also significantly reduced.

As a result, the soundproofing of cork material,
The insulation, heat retention properties, etc. can be effectively used as flooring materials for buildings.
