In order to achieve the above object, the sampling device of this invention includes a sampling machine capable of extracting the required amount of powder and granular material transported on a conveyor, and a sampling machine that can extract the required amount of powder and granular material from this sampling machine through a conduit. The sampling machine consists of a horizontal cylindrical body mounted on the outer surface of the side wall of the conveyor and perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the conveyor, and a columnar body moved by a cylinder inside the cylinder, which is movable in the axial direction of the cylinder and the above-mentioned sampling machine. The columnar body is provided so that it can be inserted into the powder and granular material conveyed by the conveyor through the side wall, and a sample hole of a size corresponding to the sampling amount is formed in the lower part of the columnar body with openings on both sides and the bottom surface in the conveyor conveyance direction, and the above-mentioned The collector has containers arranged on a disk at multiple stages in the same circumference and at the same pitch in the radial direction, and a motor rotates the disk intermittently at each pitch in response to sampling. and the above conduit is
The upper part thereof is connected to the lower part of the hopper which is connected to the lower opening of the cylindrical body, and the lower part is movable by a cylinder along each container in the radial direction of the disc.

In the sampling device of this invention constructed in this way, the cylinder of the sampling machine is driven to move the columnar body forward and backward, and as a result of the movement, the powder and granules transported on the conveyor are moved into the cylinder by the size of the sample hole. is pulled out. When the sample hole faces the hopper at the bottom of the cylinder, the sample is sent to the collector through the conduit, and the disk rotates in response to the sampling, placing it in each container in turn. samples are collected. Once all containers on the same circumference have been collected, the cylinder moves the lower part of the conduit over the circumference of the empty containers.

ては、構造が簡単なため、有利である。 In addition, the columnar body that serves as the sampling tool has holes in its lower part that are open on both sides and the bottom surface, and the powder and granules are pulled out through these holes and fall downward, so that the columnar body cannot be rotated. instead, the sample falls into the conduit. Therefore, the structure is simple, which is advantageous for automation.
さらに、導管の下部を円板径方向に移動可能と
したので、収納容器数を多くし得る効果もある。 Furthermore, since the lower part of the conduit is movable in the radial direction of the disc, there is an effect that the number of storage containers can be increased.
