Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure safety while preventing cloths from scattering out of a tank by enlarging a capacity of an inner tank in a full-automatic washing machine and setting the height of a pile of clothes wetted by a semi-automatic washing machine and cast into the inner tank to a half or less the depth of the inner tank so that the clothes are beyond the reach of hands in washing. CONSTITUTION:When an inner tank 8 of a full-automatic washing machine is enlarged and a rated volume of wet clothes washed or rinsed by a semi-automatic washing machine are cast into the right side inner tank 8 of the full-automatic washing machine, the height of the volume is adapted to reach a half or less a distance H between the bottom of the inner tank 8 and the upper surface of a liquid balancer 12 in an opening. When the washing volume Wa kg of the full-automatic washing machine is made larger than that Wb kg of the semi-automatic washing machine, the washing volume of the semi-automatic washing machine side is determined to Wb/Wa 0.75 or less to establish Wb=2-2.5kg. A dehydration volume of the full- automatic washing machine is made larger than the sum of the washing volumes Wa, Wb of the full- and semi-automatic washing machines by enlarging the inner tank 8 so that the dehydration can again be carried out together by adding clothes in the semi-automatic washing machine to the full-automatic washing machine.

The present invention relates to a washing machine in which two independent washing mechanisms are provided within one outer frame, allowing separate washing to be carried out at the same time. [Prior Art] In recent years, with the remarkable increase in the number of employed housewives and the active social and cultural activities of housewives, there has been a marked increase in the need for time-saving and labor-saving housework. There is a strong desire to do laundry, which is the most labor-intensive and time-consuming part of household labor, and fully automatic washing machines, which automatically perform the entire laundry process from washing to rinsing, are becoming increasingly popular. However, fully automatic washing machines have both a washing tub and a dehydrating tub, so they should be able to handle different types of fibers, colored and white clothing, size of dirt, delicate and stiff clothing, outerwear and underwear, etc. There is no choice but to collect all the things that need to be washed and wash them together. This can lead to mistakes such as white blouses being dyed without staining, small colored fibers clinging to white Y-shirts that are difficult to remove, wool shrinking, and delicate clothing being torn. This will occur frequently. To avoid this, you would have to wash the clothes in multiple batches using a fully automatic washing machine, which would end up taking more time. As one solution to this problem, for example,
There has been a proposal as shown in Japanese Patent No. 66232, in which two washing mechanisms are independently provided in one outer frame and work is carried out simultaneously. On the right side, there is a fully automatic washing machine that automatically performs washing and rinsing, and on the left, there is a so-called semi-automatic washing machine, which does not have its own dehydration process and only proceeds automatically from washing to rinsing. The dehydration of semi-automatic washing machines can be done by combining the machines.
It is configured to utilize the "spin" process of the fully automatic washing machine on the right. However, this method has the following drawbacks. (1) Since two washing mechanism parts are housed in one outer frame, the installation dimensions of the product, especially the overall width, become significantly large. For this reason, many Japanese households are small and cannot be installed. For this reason, it was necessary to keep the entire city within a certain limit and to accommodate two washing mechanisms within it, but in the past, both were approximately the same size and had the same washing capacity. This resulted in the following drawbacks. ■ After washing or rinsing in a semi-automatic tank, if you transfer wet clothes to a fully automatic washing machine for dehydration, the volume will occupy more than 50% of the depth of the washing and dehydration tank. If clothes fall out, or if the outer cover is opened during dehydration, the door switch is turned off and the brakes are applied, but because the inertia is large, the tank continues to rotate for a while. At this time, if you put your hand in, you will be able to reach the cloth and risk getting caught. It is a danger. As a countermeasure, an inner cover must be placed outside the outer cover. Therefore, the operation is complicated, and the workability of putting in and taking out cloth is extremely poor. Even so, there were still many accidents in which clothes fell out during dehydration. This is because the dewatering capacity of a fully automatic washing machine is almost the same as that of a semi-automatic washing machine, and there is not enough room, so the laundry is placed closer to the mouth of the tub. (■ Within the constraints of external dimensions, we have installed washing mechanisms of almost the same size and capacity, so both have a medium capacity, and ordinary laundry can be separated and washed at the same time, but curtains, blankets, large towels, etc. The disadvantage is that it cannot wash large items of clothing. The inability to wash large items disqualifies it as a household washing machine. ■ Clothes that have been washed or rinsed in a semi-automatic washing machine cannot be washed or rinsed in a fully automatic washing machine. You have to wait until the operation is finished. This is because the capacity of each process of ``washing'', ``rinsing'', and ``spindle'' in a fully automatic washing machine is the same. The capacity of ``washing'' is equal to the capacity of rinsing or spinning. If the washing capacity wb of the neighboring semi-automatic washing machine is set to be larger than (W a + W b ), the clothes in the semi-automatic washing machine can be transferred to the fully automatic washing machine when both machines have finished washing. It should be extremely efficient to perform "spinning" or "rinsing and spin-drying" at the same time. When transferred to a tank for dehydration, since the bottom of the tank is wide, the clothes are not evenly distributed in relation to the center of rotation, but end up on one side.If you start the machine in this unbalanced state, it will swing around a lot, making it impossible to dehydrate the clothes. Problems such as the entire washing machine moving with loud noises occur. This is because there are rotor blades with a small outer diameter at the bottom of the tub, and there is a high chance that cloth will fall between the rotor blades and the outer circumference of the tub. For this reason, even if you collect water before starting dehydration and try to balance the cloth by rotating the rotor blades in small increments, the cloth will not reach the rotor blades and there is no way to balance it. ■ When moving wet clothes from a semi-automatic washing machine to a fully automatic washing machine's tub, the partitions between the two sides were high and difficult to move. Also, water drips that occurred when moving wet clothes were on the top of the partition. There was a problem where the clothes would accumulate. ■ When moving wet clothes from a semi-automatic washing machine to the tub of a fully automatic washing machine, water inevitably jumped over the top of the outer tub cover of the fully automatic washing machine and flowed out, spreading all over the floor. It had the disadvantage of getting wet.Especially, when water gets in, the whole thing goes down and the top force bar changes from the lower end of the cloth input opening, making it easier for water to spill out.As a countermeasure to this, the outer tank cover If the outer flange of the top cover is made higher, the whole unit will move upward during no-load operation or light load, and at this time, the outer flange will hit the back surface of the top cover and generate an impact sound. The present invention has the following features: By solving the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional technology, we provide a washing machine that is safe and easy to use, and that can wash small to large quantities of clothes, from small clothes to large clothes such as blankets and curtains, separately in the left and right washing machine tubs. The purpose is to [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means. That is, ■ When the inner volume of the inner tank (washing tank and dehydration tank) of a fully automatic washing machine is made large, and wet clothes with washing and rinsing capacity wb of a semi-automatic washing machine are loaded, the volume occupied by the inner tank becomes equal to the depth of the inner tank. By reducing the depth to less than 50%, the depth is such that it is difficult to reach with your fingers unless you consciously reach into it, such as to remove clothing. As a result, even if the outer cover is opened during spin-drying, it is not easy to reach the spinning clothes, which is safe and prevents the clothes from jumping out of the tank. ■ The washing capacity Wa of a fully automatic washing machine should be a large washing machine with a capacity of 3.5 kg or more that can wash blankets and large curtains, which are large items of clothing in the dormitory yard, and instead a small one with a washing capacity of half Wa or less, and a medium- to small-sized washing machine. By having a capacity suitable for washing 100% of laundry, it is possible to wash large quantities of clothing, small items of laundry, and large items of laundry separately. ■ Calculate the dehydration capacity of a fully automatic washing machine with your own washing capacity Wa.
and the washing capacity wb of the semi-automatic washing machine (Wa+Wb)
The dehydration process can be performed at the same time. ■ The rinsing and dehydration capacity of a fully automatic washing machine is the sum of your own washing capacity Wa and the washing capacity wb of a semi-automatic washing machine (Wa
+Wb), the rinsing water process is ′
I made it possible to do it on both the left and right sides at the same time. (D) In the inner tub (washing tub and dehydration tub) of a fully automatic washing machine, cloth with the outer diameter of the rotor blade D0, relative to the inner diameter Di of the bottom, always falls ↓ above the rotor blade,
Furthermore, the height of the blades was kept below 100 ns to prevent the inserted cloth from being partially lost. (T) Fully automatic washing machines are equipped with a "dehydration" process selection button exclusively for semi-automatic washing machines, and when this process is selected, the rotary blades are rotated forward and reverse in small increments after one load of water is added, so that the fabric is evenly distributed on the bottom of the inner tank. The so-called "balanced water flow" that distributes the
Established. ■ In a top cover that covers the entire top of the washing machine and has a cloth inlet for semi-automatic washing machines on the left and a cloth inlet for fully automatic washing machines on the right, the partition in the middle is one step lower than the height of the outer flange. It is curved in a concave manner, and its cross section is also arcuate so that water flowing out of the cloth immediately flows down to either the left or right tank. ■ Even if the tip of the outer flange of the outer tub cover of a fully automatic washing machine touches the bottom surface of the top cover, there will be no friction noise or impact! A waterproof ring made of a soft elastic material that may not produce sound, such as soft liquefied vinyl, rubber, or foam, is attached. I J:. This eliminates various drawbacks of the known examples. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external view showing the overall configuration of the present invention, and on the right side of the outer frame 4,

According to the present invention, as detailed above, a fully automatic washing machine and a semi-automatic washing machine are combined so that separate washing can be done at the same time. It solves the problem of errors that occur when used as a washing machine, and is safe and does not cause water to splash or cloth to come out, even without the use of devices used in current two-tub washing machines such as inner lids and dehydration covers. Can be dehydrated.・With a product size that can be installed in narrow Japanese houses, we have created a separate washing machine that can efficiently and flexibly handle both small and large loads, and small to large loads.■ Fully automatic washing machine. By increasing the capacity of rinsing and dewatering, both can be performed simultaneously, reducing time and process. t. Even when clothes are casually thrown into the spacious inner tank, the startup rate is good and there is little vibration. ([F] It is easy to move the cloth from side to side, and water is prevented from dripping and getting the floor wet.) It is possible to provide a washing machine that can be washed separately and has the above-mentioned major features.
