動を制御する操作手段と、 前記原動機の設定回転数を任意に指令する設定
回転数指令手段と、 指令された設定回転数になるように前記原動機
を制御する原動機制御手段とを具備する油圧式建
設機械の原動機回転数制御装置において、 前記操作手段が中立位置にあるか否かを検出す
る検出手段と、 該検出手段からの検出結果に基づいて、前記操
作手段の少なくとも一つが操作位置にあるか全部
が中立位置にあるかを判定する判定手段と、 該判定手段が前記操作手段の全部が中立位置に
あると判定するのに応答して計時を開始する計時
手段と、 この計時時間と前記設定回転数とに応じて前記
原動機回転数の制御速度を演算する演算手段とを
備え、 前記原動機制御手段は、前記判定手段が少なく
ともいずれか一つの操作手段が操作位置にあると
判定したときには、前記原動機の回転数を前記設
定回転数となるように制御し、前記判定手段が前
記操作手段の全部が中立位置にあると判定したと
きには、前記演算された制御速度に基づき、計時
時間が長くなるほど速い速度で前記原動機の回転
数を低減することを特徴とする油圧式建設機械の
