DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a tailoring structure in which objects to be fastened, which are used underwater or wet with water, are fastened together by a tailoring rope. The tailored ropes mentioned here include twisted yarn, single-strand twisted yarn, rock yarn, twine,
This concept includes all string-like objects such as ropes and braids.

Figure 6 shows the crab cage fishing gear installed in the sea. For example, a main line a with a length of about 7,500 m is installed almost horizontally near the seabed, and branches are placed at predetermined intervals from this main line a. Multiple crab cages b, b... via rope c.
It is suspended and installed on the seabed. This trunk line a is a float d with an antenna floating on the sea surface,
It is connected to the lower ends of two vertical ropes e, e suspended from d, respectively, via twisting f, f, and each vertical rope e, e has a large number of chains g, g attached in the middle, The vertical state is maintained by driving anchors i, i into the seabed from the lower end via ropes h, h. Conventionally, in order to tighten and bundle the branch rope c, which is a rope for suspending the crab cage b, to the trunk rope a, which is the object to be fastened, without shifting the position, the trunk rope is attached as shown in the enlarged view in Fig. 7. A side-wrapped rope j, which is a type of tailored rope, is tightened around the outer circumference of rope a as a lower wrap, and a branch rope c is tightened on top of this side-wrapped rope j.

However, in the conventional tailoring rope used for side wrapping, a regular sewing rope j is wound around the main rope a of the object to be tied, the wrapping is tightened, and a branch rope c is fastened on top of this. Therefore, when the tension is applied to the trunk rope a, which is the object to be fastened, during operation, the diameter of the trunk rope a becomes thinner, and the part of the rope j that has been tied with great effort becomes slack, and furthermore,
There was a problem in that the tied ropes tend to shift, and the position of the branch rope c, which is tied in place, shifts along with the side wrapping rope j, causing serious problems in operation.

In order to prevent this, when wrapping main rope a, which has an extremely rigid structure, a tool called a spike is used to split the strands of main rope a and insert it through the beginning and end of the winding of the tailored rope to prevent the rope from shifting. Instead of simply winding the middle part, as shown in Figure 7, tie a knot every time you wind it one to several times using a method called a Unoko knot, so that both ends can Alternatively, processing is carried out to prevent it from unraveling when cut midway, but because the main rope a has an extremely rigid structure, it requires a great deal of effort to insert the tailored rope between the strands, and it is difficult to wind the rope. The current situation is that it takes a lot of effort and effort to turn, tighten, and prevent poop. Even fishing gear that has been made with such a lot of effort is still not perfect, and during fishing, the tension applied to main line a causes the diameter to become thinner and shift in branch line c, resulting in a misaligned tailored rope after the fishing gear is pulled up. It was necessary to replace the windings, etc., which greatly impeded operational efficiency.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and even if a tailored part fastened using a tailored rope that shrinks when wet with water becomes thin due to external force, the tailored part will not loosen. It is an object of the present invention to provide a tailored structure that can firmly fasten objects to be fastened without causing any problems.

The tailoring structure of the present invention is a tailoring structure in which a plurality of objects or a single object to be fastened are fastened together using a tailoring rope that contracts when wetted with water, in which the tailoring rope is always kept in a contracted state with surplus contractile force. and the object to be fastened is fastened.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a body to be fastened, which is made of a synthetic fiber rope used, for example, as a trunk line for crab cages or fixed net fishing gear. A tailored rope 2 made of a PVA fiber material or the like that shrinks when wetted with water is wrapped around the outer periphery of the object to be fastened 1 with an appropriate tension applied thereto. This tailored rope can be made of, for example, "Low-temperature high-shrinkable fibers and structures thereof" disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-2709, and has the property of shrinking in its total length by about 40 to 45% when wetted with water in a free state. . The extent to which the tailored rope 2 is wrapped around the object 1 to be fastened is that when the object 1 to be fastened is thrown into the water together with the object 1 to be fastened, the object to be fastened is not subjected to any tensile force or the like.
For example, it is wrapped in a state in which it is initially contracted by about 20%, and even if the diameter of the fastened object 1 becomes thinner due to tensile force during operation, the remaining shrinkage capacity of about 20 to 25% is maintained. It is wrapped so that it can shrink as the diameter becomes thinner.

The surplus shrinkage force of the tailored rope 2 can be determined in advance by soaking it in water or by putting it into the sea during actual operation so that it does not become loose depending on the application. desirable.

次に、本実施例の作用を説明する。 Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained.

In this embodiment, the tailoring rope 2 contracts when wet with water, and uses its contraction force to tighten the object 1 to be fastened. Therefore, during tailoring before it gets wet with water, there is no need to tighten the tailoring rope 2 around the object 1 to be fastened particularly tightly, and the sewing rope 2 can be wrapped around the object 1 with a smaller force than a conventional normal sewing rope. It can be wrapped and tailored. Therefore, the tailoring work of the tailored rope 2 becomes extremely easy. Then, the branch rope 3 for suspending the crab cage is tightly tied to the outer periphery of the tailored rope 2 as shown in FIG.

Then, the tailored rope 2 wrapped in this way is thrown into the sea together with the object 1 to be fastened, and when the tailored rope 2 gets wet with water, approximately 20% of the rope 2 shrinks after a few seconds, and the rope 2 shrinks by itself into the object 1 to be fastened. Tightly adhere. and,
Since the tailoring rope 2 is tightened to the object 1 to be fastened with surplus shrinkage force, even if tension is applied to the object 1 to be fastened during operation and its diameter becomes thinner, it will still be able to follow the tension with sufficient margin. The tightened state of the object 1 to be fastened is maintained, and no displacement occurs. This allows the crab cages to be always maintained at equal intervals, making stable operation possible over a long period of time.

In addition, even if it becomes necessary to repair the winding because the winding is simple, the winding can be easily unraveled by cutting one part of the tailoring rope 2.
Compared to the conventional method shown in the figure, in which the tailored rope cannot be removed from the object without cutting the whole knot, the repair work is easier and can be completed in a shorter time, reducing operational opportunities. There are no fish left behind, and the catch can be maintained at a high level.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, even when the main rope 5, which is a plurality of objects to be fastened, the float 6, the float passing rope 10, and the edge rope 11 are fastened with the tailoring rope 2, the tailoring rope 2 operates in the same manner as the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, and even if an external force such as a tensile force is applied to the fastening portion underwater, the fastening portion can be fastened with sufficient tightening force without displacement.

In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, description has been given of the application to fishing gear such as purse seine and fixed net, but the present invention can also be applied to sports equipment such as tennis net, construction and civil engineering net without changing the gist of the invention. It may also be modified to apply to tailored parts such as ropes and ropes.

In this manner, the tailoring structure of the present invention wraps a tailoring rope that shrinks when wet with water around an object to be fastened, and by wetting this tailoring rope with water, it can be tightened and tied with excess contractile force. As a result, even if the tailored part becomes thin due to external force, there will be no slippage or misalignment between the objects to be fastened, and the objects to be fastened can be tied effectively and appropriately. It has the following effects.
