Claims (1)
- 回転コード板のスリツト角度を測定する角度測
定装置において、回転コード板をスリツトのピツ
チに対応する一定間隔でステツプ状に回転するロ
ータリーステツパと、前記回転コード板の前記ス
リツトの基準位置からのずれを測定する線幅測長
器とを備え、線幅測長器の出力に基づいて各スリ
ツトの角度を演算するように構成したことを特徴
とする角度測定装置。
