Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable building of a garret having a wide space by a method wherein a structure formed such that the vertical materials of two vertical triangular roof support trusses are engaged with each other is disposed in a position below a ridge, and the trusses are intercoupled in a manner to be supported by adjoining struts. CONSTITUTION:Struts 3 are disposed and erected on a lattice beam 1 at intervals of a given distance, and principal rafters 4 are supported by the struts 3. A vertical triangular truss 5 comprises a horizontal material 51, a vertical material 52, and an oblique material 53 having the same gradient as that of the principal rafter 4. The trusses 5 are supported by the adjoining struts 3. Further, the vertical materials 52 of the two trusses 5 are mated with each other and locked by means of bolts for integral formation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a roof frame structure in which the attic can be used as a living room on the second or third floor.

Conventionally, when using an attic, the method shown in Figure 2 has generally been adopted for constructing a roof. This is done by arranging bundles T at predetermined intervals on a 2PI roof beam H (lattice beam) at the top of a through column P, and establishing this bundle T. Stretch the gassho 0 between the T's, place the cane S between the adjacent bundles as necessary, and place the roof at a place with sufficient height to use the attic as a living room, for example, around the longest bundle. The third floor is a living room or a storage room. [Invention tries to solve! ! Problem] The gassho O near the building is supported by a long bundle Tl along with the building M, so if this part is used as a living room, the bundle will be exposed inside the living room. For this reason, it does not pose much of a problem when used as a storage room, but when used as a living room, the pillars protrude from the center of the room, making it difficult to obtain a large space, and the ceiling becomes sloping.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention installs two vertical triangular roof support trusses constructed by connecting their vertical members to each other in the lower part of the ridge where the attic is used as a room, and The gist is that the roof support truss is connected to support the roof support truss by a bundle, and the bundle in the attic ridge is omitted to form a large attic space.

The part where the attic is used as a living room, a storage room, etc. For example, the bundle and ridge at the bottom of the ridge where the attic is the highest are omitted, and this ridge part is made into a triangular member as shown in Figure 2 (A). That is, two roof support trusses 5 are used with their back surfaces butted against each other.

This vertical triangular roof support truss 5 has a horizontal member 51,
The horizontal member 5l is composed of a vertical member 52 that is integrally combined so as to protrude in the vertical direction from one end side of the horizontal member 5l, and a diagonal member 53 that is arranged and connected between the other end of the horizontal member 51 and the tip of the vertical member. The roof support truss is constructed so that the angle of slope of the diagonal members 53 is equal to the angle of slope of the gassho 4 supported by the bundle, and the height of the room below the horizontal members is sufficient for use as a room. 5 is supported by the adjacent bundle 3.3. The two roof support trusses 5 are made in one piece, and the vertical members 52, 52 of the roof support trusses 5 are assembled together by aligning them with each other and fixing them with bolts or the like. As a result, the load applied to the diagonal members of the roof support trusses 5, 5 is supported by the entire roof support truss combined in a truss shape, and supported by the adjacent bundles connecting these members. Two roof support trusses 5 used at this time,
5 are of exactly the same shape as shown in FIG. 1, but depending on the shape of the roof, the two roof support trusses may have different shapes as shown in FIG. 2(B).

Furthermore, the triangular roof support truss 5 is constructed by combining three members: a horizontal member, a vertical member, and a #4 member.
The same material used for gassho and bundles is used for this material, but it is also possible to construct it from a different material from bundles, etc., and it is also possible to make this by joining these three members together in a triangular shape. It may also be used as a roof support truss panel by attaching face material to one or both sides. In addition, it is desirable for the roof structure that the slope of the diagonal member δ3 of the roof support truss be equal to the slope angle of the gassho adjacent to it, but as shown in the left half of Fig. 1, the slope of the diagonal member on the side adjacent to the gassho is The angle is arbitrarily determined.
