ガス中の酸素濃度を検出すべく形成されたジルコ
ニアチユーブと、該ジルコニアチユーブからの検
出信号を外部に導出するため、前記センサ本体内
に設けられたコンタクトパイプと、前記ジルコニ
アチユーブを加熱すべく、先端側が該ジルコニア
チユーブ内に伸長し、基端側が該コンタクトパイ
プ内に配設されたヒータと、前記コンタクトパイ
プ内で該ヒータに給電用リード線を接続すべく、
該ヒータに設けられた引出し線とからなるヒータ
付き酸素センサにおいて、前記引出し線に形成さ
れ、前記給電用リード線からの給電時に発熱する
高抵抗部と、前記コンタクトパイプと引出し線と
の間を絶縁すべく、該高抵抗部を含んで引出し線
を被覆した耐熱性コーテイング材とを設けたこと
