Claims (1)
ガス中の酸素濃度を検出すべく、ジルコニアにイ
ツトリアを所定比率で混合して焼成することによ
り形成されたジルコニアチユーブと、該ジルコニ
アチユーブからの検出信号を外部に導出するため
、前記センサ本体内に設けられたコンタクトパイ
プと、前記ジルコニアチユーブを加熱すべく、先
端側が該ジルコニアチユーブ内に伸長し、基端側
が該コンタクトパイプ内に配設されたヒータとか
らなるヒータ付き酸素センサにおいて、前記ジル
コニアチユーブの比抵抗を上げるべく、該ジルコ
ニアチユーブの外面側にイツトリア低比率層を形
