Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the system and to close the sliding door securely with a small force by enclosing the whole circumference of an opening with airtight members installed up and down and laterally when the sliding door is lowered obliquely to the closing side at the closing position of the sliding door. CONSTITUTION:At the upper and the lower sides of a sliding door 15, the upper and the lower airtight members 19 and 22 are installed, and at both side edges, vertical airtight members 24 and 26, and corner airtight members 27 and 28 are installed respectively. When the sliding door 15 is moved to the closing position, sash hangers 17a and 17b are dropped in the cuttings of guide rails 12a and 12b, and the sliding door 15 is lowered obliquely to the closing side to press the lower airtight member 22 and the corner airtight member 28 to contact to a floor 8, and at the same time, the upper airtight member 19 is pressed to contact to the pressure-weld 3a of an upper frame 3. The vertical airtight member 24 and the corner airtight member 27 are pressed to contact to a pressure-weld 6a, and furthermore, the vertical airtight member 26 and the corner airtight member 28 are pressed to contact to the pressure-weld 7a of a square stand 7. Consequently, the whole circumference of the opening 1 is enclosed in a perfect airtight condition.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to an airtight sliding door device used to open and close rooms that require airtightness, such as clean rooms. 2. Description of the Related Art A conventional airtight sliding door device is a drop-in system in which the left and right suspension wheels are dropped near the closed position of the sliding door onto a guide rail that guides the left and right suspension wheels of the sliding door, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 60-184179. A pulling guide is provided with a groove, a pulling rail is provided on one of the upper frame and the upper part of the sliding door, and one of the floor and the lower part of the sliding door, and the pulling rail moves a guide roller provided on the other side toward the indoor side near the closing position of the bow door. At the same time as the bow door is closed, pull the sliding door toward the room and lower it, press the airtight material at the bottom of the sliding door to the floor, and attach the sides of the sliding door to the airtight material of the upper frame, vertical frame, and door pocket, respectively. It is designed to be crimped.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned conventional airtight sliding door device, the sliding door is dropped near the closed position, and at the closed position, the sliding door is pulled indoors to raise the sides of the sliding door, the vertical frame, and the door pocket. Since the sliding door is crimped to the airtight material, a large amount of force is required to pull the sliding door toward the indoor side, and it is troublesome to adjust the amount of pulling.Furthermore, the airtightness tends to deteriorate during use. was there.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional device, the present invention provides a notch in the guide rail for diagonally dropping the hanging wheel toward the closing side at the closing position of the sliding door. A lower airtight material that is crimped to the floor surface when the sliding door is depressed is provided over almost the entire length, and an upper airtight material that is crimped to the other side when the sliding door is depressed is provided over the entire length of one of the top and upper frame of the sliding door. The closed end of the sliding door and one of the vertical frame or mating sliding door, and the open end of the sliding door and one of the mullions are each provided with a vertical airtight material over the entire length that is crimped to the other in the closed position of the sliding door. It is a feature. Operation When the sliding door is moved to the closed position, the hanging wheel falls into the notch in the guide rail and the sliding door descends diagonally toward the closing side.As a result, the lower airtight material provided at the bottom of the sliding door is pressed to the floor and the sliding door is closed. The upper airtight material provided on one of the upper part and the upper frame is crimped to the other, and the vertical frame provided on the closed side end of the sliding door and the vertical frame or one of the sliding door and the open side end of the sliding door and one of the mullions. The airtight material is pressed against each other, and the entire circumference of the opening is hermetically closed.

At the closing side end of the sliding door l5, a mounting groove 23 is formed over the entire length, and the mounting groove 23 faces the pressure contact portion 6a of the vertical frame 6.
3 is fitted with a vertical airtight material 24 over its entire length, which is pressed against the pressure contact portion 6a when the sliding door 15 is closed. This vertical airtight material 24
The lower end portion of is continuous with the lower airtight material 22 without any gap. At the end of the opening side of the sliding door 15, an overhanging part 15b is provided over the entire length of the press-contacting part 7a of the mullion 7, which protrudes toward the opening side of the sliding door. 25 is provided over the entire length. A vertical airtight member 26 is fitted over the entire length of the mounting groove 25 to be pressed against the pressure contact portion 7a when the sliding door 15 is closed. The lower end of this vertical airtight member 26 is continuous with the lower airtight member 22 without any gap. A corner airtight material 27 is glued to the end of the upper airtight material 19 on the side where the sliding door is closed, and the upper airtight material 19 and the vertical airtight material 24 are continuous with no gap, with the sliding door closing side flush with the tip surface of the vertical airtight material 24. I'm letting you do it. In addition, instead of the corner airtight material 27, the end portion of the upper airtight material 19 may be made to protrude toward the sliding door closing side. 28
is a corner airtight material adhered to the lower end surface of the vertical airtight material 26, and the lower surface of the vertical airtight material 26 is made to be at the same height as the bottom surface of the lower airtight material 22.
and the lower airtight material 22 are continuous without any gaps. Note that instead of the corner airtight member 27, the lower end portion of the vertical airtight member 26 may be made to protrude downward. Reference numerals 29 and 30 in FIG. 3 indicate stoppers that catch the sliding door 15 in the open position. Note that an automatic sliding door opening/closing mechanism for automatically opening/closing the sliding door 15 by a motor, cylinder, etc. is installed in the upper frame 4;
This mechanism is well known from Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-180782, etc., so its explanation will be omitted here.

In the airtight sliding door device having the above configuration, when opening and closing the sliding door 15, the hanging wheels 17a and 17b roll on the high parts of the hanging wheel rails 12a and 12b other than the notches 13a and 13b, as shown in FIG. The upper airtight material 19 and the lower airtight material 22 of 15 are maintained in a state separated from the pressure contact part 3a of the upper frame 3 and the floor 8, so that the sliding door 15 can be moved smoothly. Furthermore, when the sliding door 15 is opened wide, the hanging wheels 17a and 17b of the sliding door are guided by separate hanging wheel rails 12a and 12b, so there is no fear that the hanging wheel 17b on the closing side of the sliding door will fall into the notch 13a on the opening side of the sliding door. The sliding door 15 can be opened wide, and the remaining amount of the sliding door 15 can be set arbitrarily.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, in the closed position of the sliding door, the sliding door descends diagonally toward the closing side to airtightly close the entire circumference of the opening. The opening can be closed reliably, and the open part can be closed airtight with a small force. In addition, since the opening is airtightly closed by lowering the sliding door diagonally, the conventional troublesome work of adjusting the amount of movement of the sliding door can be eliminated. This makes it easier to install the equipment. Furthermore, the device can be simplified since the sliding door pulling means can be omitted.
