Abstract

PURPOSE:To quickly and exactly execute the prescription inspection by outputting the direction for use corresponding to prescription data of an inspection object and the past prescription data to a prescription inspection business form and offering them to the prescription inspection, and also, checking automatically the medication injury and raising an alarm. CONSTITUTION:An output processing part 9 extracts use direction data 19 corresponding to each item of prescription input data 15 and prescription history data 20 of the patient concerned from a use direction file 30 and a prescription history data file 12, edits them together with the prescription input data 15 and outputs them. All the data related to the medication injury such as the total dosed quantity by a joint diagnosis, etc., the direction for use of a medicine of an inspecting object, etc., are outputted in accordance with the input data 15, therefore, the prescription inspection can be executed exactly and quickly. On the other hand, a monitoring part 10 refers to the extracted use direction data 19 and the prescription history data 20, inspects an interaction by joint use of different kinds of regimens in a prescribed period, the external quantity in the same prescription and a feature of the patient concerned, checks whether an injurious effect caused by enforcing the prescription input data 15 exists or not, and outputs an error message 17, when it is discriminated to be injurious.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Summary] The present invention relates to a prescription audit method, and aims to accurately and quickly perform a prescription audit, and to verify the validity of a prescription based on prescription data written and input in the prescription. This is a prescription auditing method that audits prescription data, including a usage file that stores prescription usage data, a prescription history data file that stores patient prescription history data, and usage data that corresponds to the input prescription data and the patient. an output processing unit that extracts prescription history data from the prescription history data file and the usage file, edits and outputs the prescription data together with the prescription data; Interactions due to concomitant use of prescriptions. We have installed a monitoring unit that verifies the maximum amount of the same prescription and the characteristics of the patient concerned, checks whether there are any harmful effects associated with implementing the prescription data, and outputs an error message if it is determined to be harmful. The device is configured to output usage data and prescription history data corresponding to the patient and use the same for prescription auditing, and to check whether the prescription data has harmful effects on the patient and issue an alarm.

The prescription audit form 18 output as described above is audited by a staff member, but as shown in the figure, all the data regarding drug damage is available for patients, so the accuracy and speed of the audit is improved. In addition, these series of processes are performed based on the input prescription input data 1.
Conventionally, the prescription input data 15 output to the prescription audit form 18 and the prescription were checked to make sure there were no input errors, but in the present invention, the prescription image data 22 must be checked for input errors. Since it is output to form 18,
There is no need to take out the prescription, making checking easier.
