Tightening takes a considerable amount of time and is not only troublesome, but also causes the force to be uniform, which may result in poor assembly, or on the other hand, excessive tightening may cause double flare ( P
This resulted in soaking or deformation at the piping (Pl), making it impossible to connect and use the piping (Pl) again after removal. Also, when connecting the piping (Pl), the nut ( 14) Due to the tightening of the double flare (P1') in the rotating direction, stress in the torsional direction and thinning of the double flare due to pinch pressure occur in a part of the double flare, and under the vibration condition, fatigue occurs in the lower part of the neck. There were also problems such as a tendency to cause cracks, breakage, and leakage due to such problems.

を目的とするらのである。The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and can be easily assembled, eliminating stress due to torsion in the bulging wall portion, and preventing cracks due to fatigue etc. in the lower part of the neck.
This prevents breakage and at the same time prevents assembly failures during connection, making the holding force approximately equal, and preventing soaking and deformation at the bulging wall, allowing the pipe to be connected and used again without any problems. The purpose of this paper is to propose two methods for connecting metal piping.

。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a sealing member on the internal seat portion that forms the connection abutment portion with the piping of the joint body, which has a flow hole penetrating through the shaft core. At the same time, a relatively thin end portion is provided with an engagement groove having a triangular cross section formed by an inclined surface that retains pressure on the back surface of the outward annular bulging wall portion provided on the connection side of the piping along with the seat surface portion. A plurality of arcuate protruding walls are formed, the protruding walls are able to be opened and closed over at least approximately half the circumference thereof, and the protruding wall portions are fixed in a bundle when in a connected state. A joint for connecting metal pipes configured so that the bulging wall portion is pressed into contact with the inside of the engagement groove, and a connection abutment portion with the pipe of the joint body having a circulation hole provided with a sealing member in the shaft core. an internal seat portion forming a shape, and an annular bulging wall portion extending outwards, which is connected to the seat portion and provided on the connection side of the piping, and has an inclined surface having a triangular cross section and a pressure-releasing surface on the back side of the outward annular bulging wall portion. Formed with a plurality of circular arc-shaped projecting walls with relatively thin walls at the tip end. l-1-The protruding wall is made to be freely openable and closable over at least approximately half its circumference, and by fixing the protruding wall portions together in a connected state, the protruding wall portion is inserted into the engagement groove. The gist is a joint for connecting metal pipes, which is configured by press-welding the sealing member to the outer layer of the tip extending from the bulging wall,
Further, the fixing means may be a ring member, a pan/do member, a carrier, etc.
- The lp part member is constructed by caulking with a claw wall provided directly on each protruding wall part, and a tapered washer is provided on the back surface of the bulging wall part of the pipe.

By inserting the protruding wall into the engaging groove and then closing the protruding wall and fixing it as a bundle, the protruding wall can be easily pressed in the axial direction within the engaging groove, making it easy to assemble. Attachment is extremely easy, and it can be connected without stress due to twisting at the bulging wall. Therefore, even under severe stress and deformation, the lower part of the neck can effectively prevent cracks and breakage due to fatigue. In addition, it prevents defects during assembly, makes the holding force on the bulging wall even, and allows reconnection and use without worrying about crushing or deformation at the bulging wall. This can be done without any problems.

て有用な金属配管接続用継手である。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the metal pipe connection joint according to the present invention is particularly capable of freely opening and closing over at least approximately half of the plurality of protruding walls (1°) provided on the joint body (1). None, a bulging wall (Po
) is configured to be compressed inside the engagement groove (5), so there is no stress due to torsion in the bulging wall (Po) during connection, and therefore, even under vibration conditions, fatigue at the lower part of the neck is reduced. It is possible to effectively prevent cracks and breakage caused by such factors, and at the same time, it is possible to make the holding force approximately equal, so there is no fear of collapse or deformation of the bulging wall (Po), and the piping (P) is This is an extremely useful joint for connecting metal pipes, as it can be reconnected and used without any problems after being removed.
