ナル型上から剥離され、前記部材側に優先的に付着する

ス原盤1に隣接する状態で除去部材5を配置した後、2
P樹脂2をUV硬化させたところを示すものである。第
2図は除去部材5付近の部分拡大図である。該部材5は
段差部の間隔よりも薄い方が望ましく、これにより該部
材5を取り除く際、該部材5をしごくことによって容易
に行うことができる。尚、除去部材5を取り除いた後は

る除去部材の別の態様を示す模式断面図である。この除
去部材6はL字状のバール型をしており、2P樹脂硬化
後、2P樹脂剥離と部材6の取り除きを同時にすること

を硬化後容易に取り除くことができ、またバール型治具
を用いるか、部材をL字状バール型とすることによりガ
ラス原盤とオリジナル型を容易に剥離することができ、
2P樹脂上に不要な突起部等のない高品質の2P樹脂−
ガラススタンパ原盤を容易に作成することが可能となる

有するオリジナル型(3)の裏面にそれより大きい補材
(4)を貼り合せ、該凹凸面上に2P樹脂(2)を介し

着し、次にオリジナル型の外周部端面(8)及びガラス
原盤(1)に隣接する状態で2P樹脂吸着除去部材(5
、6)を配置し、2P樹脂(2)をUV硬化させて後、
該部材(5、6)を取りはずし、2P樹脂(2)をガラ
ス原盤(1)とともにオリジナル型(3)から剥離する
ことを特徴とする2P樹脂−ガラススタンパ原盤の作成
