本考案は、縦型転写箔送り装置に関するもので
あり、更に詳しくはプラスチツクの成型加工と同
時にその表面に転写印刷加工を行う所謂成型同時
絵付法において転写箔を成型用金型内に自動的に
供給する縦型転写箔送り装置に関するものであ

従来、この方法を実施するにおいて、転写箔を

種々考案されているが、本考案者は更にこれらに
改良を加え、自動的に且つ位置ずれ等を起こすこ
となく成型用金型内に転写箔を導くことのできる
転写箔送り装置を得んとして種々研究、考察の結
果、本考案を完成するに至つたものである。即ち
本考案は、ロール状の転写箔1を支持する支持フ
レーム部2と、該支持フレーム部2に支持された
転写箔1を成型用金型3内に1ピツチずつ間欠的
に送り出す駆動ローラ4と、該駆動ローラ4に外
接し該駆動ローラ6上を走行する転写箔11のす
べりを防止する押えローラ5と、転写印刷加工を
終えた前記転写箔1を巻き取るために引張る引張
ローラ6と、該引張ローラ6に外装し該引張ロー
ラ6上を走行する転写箔1のすべりを防止する押
えローラ7と、前記駆動ローラ4と引張ローラ6
との間で転写箔1を成型用金型3内の適切な位置
に導く2本のガイドローラ8と、前記転写箔1が
成型用金型3内に導かれる直前で転写箔1に設け
られた見当マークを検知し駆動ローラ4と引張ロ
ーラ6とに回転あるいは停止の信号を出力するフ
オトセンサー9と、前記引張ローラ6の直前で前
記転写箔1のテンシヨンを調整するダンサローラ
10とからなることを特徴とする縦型転写箔送り

転写箔1に形成された図柄部分が成型用金型3内
の所定の位置にきたとき正確に転写箔1を停止さ
せなければならないため前記駆動ローラ4には機
械式ブレーキ機構が設けられており、瞬時に停止
できるようになつている。この駆動ローラ4の回
転と停止とは後述するフオトセンサー9並びに射
