上記のような従来の自動追尾処理装置は以上のように構
成され動作するので、移動目標と固定目標との識別が困

過する場合においては、追尾処理部が追尾すべき目標を
誤る恐れがある。また例えば警戒水域へ侵入する船舶へ
警報を行うために警戒水域付近の移動目標の監視を行う
場合においては、全ての検出目標に対し追尾処理が行わ
れるため実時間内での処理が難しくなる等の問題点があ

水域などの確認領域を予め記憶させておく位置識別記憶
部を備え、この位置識別記憶部に記憶された固定目標や
確認領域と追尾対象となる移動目標とが重なる場合、目
標データに識別符号を付すこととし、固定目標と重なる
場合には追尾処理部で識別符号が付された目標データの
相関処理を行わないように制御し、確認領域と重なる場
合には識別符号が付された目標データの警報処理を行わ

でも追尾すべき目標を誤る恐れを回避することができ、
例えば警戒水域へ侵入する船舶へ警報を行うために警戒
水域付近の移動目標の監視を行う場合においてもその処

ておく位置記憶手段、 この位置記憶手段で記憶された固定目標と上記目標検出
部から送られてきた追尾対象となる移動目標の目標デー
タが重なる場合、当該目標データに識別符号を付す識別
手段、 識別符号が付された目標データが上記追尾処理部へ送ら
れた場合、当該追尾処理部で上記固定目標の種類に応じ
た制御を行う追尾制御手段、を備えたことを特徴とする
