作を規制すると同時に前記機械設備を稼動する回
路を閉止し取り外しにより同ロツク手段の開放操
作を許すと同時に前記機械設備を稼動する回路を
開放するようにする携帯型の安全具が着脱自在に
されるようになつていることを特徴とする点検用
