本発明は金属板をインサートした軒樋の製造方

ため金属板8をインサートした軒樋用素板10で
あつても比較的容易に成形を行なうことができる
が、耳部11の部分は形状が複雑であり成形も細
かく行なう必要があつて成形性が悪く、特に金属
板8がインサートされているために角形の耳部1
1を形成するのが困難で折り曲げ部分がどうして
も丸味を帯びて正確に角張つた耳部11を形成す

より軒樋用素板4を形成し、軒樋用素板4を本体
用金属板2部分にて軒樋形状に折り曲げ加工して
軒樋本体5を形成すると共に、軒樋用素板4の巾
方向の両側端部を本体用金属板2と耳部用金属板
3,3以外の部分にて軒樋本体5の外側にコ字形
に折曲して角形耳部6を形成し、この角形耳部6
の折曲先端を上方に折り曲げてこの上方折り曲げ
片7を軒樋本体5の外側面に重ね固着することを

ては薄帯鋼板などが用いられる。上記軒樋用素板
4を本体用金属板2部分にて軒形状にロールフオ
ーミングして軒樋本体5とし、さらに第4図aに
示すように軒樋用素板4の両側端部部分を本体用
金属板2や耳部用金属板3以外の部分にて折り曲
げ加工し、角形の耳部6を形成することにより第
3図の如き角形の軒樋を得るものである。このと
き、耳部6を形成するにあたつて折り曲げ加工は
本体用金属板2や耳部用金属板3がインサートさ
れていない部分における合成樹脂板1を折曲する
ことによつて行なえるため、熱を加えるなどして
簡単に折り曲げ加工を行なうことができると共
に、本体用金属板2や耳部用金属板3の曲げを伴
わないために丸味を帯びることなく正確に角形に
折り曲げ加工を行なうことができるものである。
またここで耳部6の折曲先部の耳部用金属板3が
インサートされていない部分は上方へ折曲してあ
つて、この上方折り曲げ片7を軒樋本体5の上部
外面に接着剤による接着や高周波加熱による溶着
で固着してある。第4図bは他の実施例を示すも
ので、耳部6における折り曲げ部分を軟質ポリ塩
化ビニルなど軟質熱可塑性樹脂12で形成して耳
部6の折り曲げ加工が容易になるようにしたもの
である。この実施例では合成樹脂板1の両側端部
にそれぞれ3枚づつ耳部用金属板3をインサート
して耳部6の上、下片、縦片に一枚づつ耳部用金

部分は熱を加えるなどして簡単に折り曲げ加工を
行なうことができると共に本体用金属板や耳部用
金属板の曲げを伴わないために丸味を帯びること
なく正確に角形に折り曲げ加工を行なうことがで
きるものである。また耳部には耳部用金属板がイ
ンサートされており、しかも耳部の折曲先端を上
方に折り曲げてこの上方折り曲げ片を軒樋本体の
外側面に重ね固着してあつて二重に重なる部分を
耳部に形成してあるため、耳部の強度は高いもの
であつて、耳部による補強効果は何ら低下するこ
