この考案は、所要数の金属製パイプを溶着接合
して足場枠等を形成するさいに好適な金属製パイ

支柱2と横架材3と補強部材4とを各々溶着接合
して門型、あるいは鳥居形状に構成するものであ
る。そして、上記足場枠1は耐食性を付与するた
め、一般に溶融亜鉛メツキ等が施される。かかる
溶融亜鉛メツキ等を施すさいにおいて、特に、上
記足場枠1の如く金属パイプを溶着接合して構成
したものについては、メツキ加工時におけるメツ
キ液のスムーズな流入・流出を行わしめるため、
溶着接合部に所要径の空気孔を形成しなければな
らないものである。

孔あけ加工、及び接合端面加工は各々別個に行な
つているため、加工工程が2工程となつて非常に
面倒なものである。
