[Prior Art and Problems to be Solved] Conventionally, in carports in which a single-sided roof is supported by pillars, the roof is strengthened by straight reinforcement, for example, by installing reinforcing materials diagonally between the pillars and the roof. Support reinforcement was carried out, but the support pillars were only partially reinforced by simple reinforcement such as threading, and as a result, there was a problem that the support strength of the pillars was not sufficient.

[Means for solving the problem] Therefore, in the present invention, in a carport in which a single-sided roof is supported by pillars in which auxiliary pillars are provided at intervals on the inner side of the main pillars, the main pillars constituting the pillars are and an auxiliary column are connected by a connecting member positioned within these intervals, and the connecting member is
Consisting of a connecting fitting and a hollow cover material,
The above-mentioned connecting fittings are housed inside this cover material,
The above objective is achieved by adopting a structure in which both ends of the cover material are brought into contact with the inner surface of the support column, and both ends of the connecting fitting are screwed to the support support.

On the other hand, the auxiliary pillar 3 is constructed by connecting a lower part 8 and an upper part 7 corresponding to the lower part 6 and upper part 5 of the main pillar 2, respectively, and these lower parts 8 are installed along the lower part 6 of the main pillar 2. The upper part 7 extends perpendicularly from the surface 18, and is bent along the upper part 5 so that the distance between the upper part 5 of the main pillar 2 and the upper part 5 gradually narrows toward the upper end side.

The auxiliary column 3 is arranged along the inner side of the main column 2, and is connected to the main column by connecting members 4, 4 so as to form a space between the main column 2 and the auxiliary column 3. They are connected to each other at a predetermined distance from the inner side. Further, the upper end portion of the upper portion 7 is in contact with a portion of the main column 2 near the upper end of the upper portion 5, and is fixed by means such as a screw (not shown).

Furthermore, by forming a space between the main pillar 2 and the auxiliary pillar 3, and connecting and fixing the upper end, the middle part, and the lower end in three places between them with connecting members 4, 4,
The bending strength is further increased at each connected part,
Overall, extremely high bending strength is achieved.

In addition, in this embodiment, as described above, the upper part 7 of the auxiliary pillar 3 is fixed to the upper part 5 of the main pillar 2 so that the interval becomes gradually narrower. Compared to the case where the upper parts 7 of the carport are provided at regular intervals, the upper space inside the carport is formed wider.

The main column 2 and the auxiliary column 3 have their respective lower ends 6 and 8 buried integrally in the foundation 19 and are erected on the installation surface 18, whereby the main column 2
The structure is such that the lower end is also supported and reinforced by the auxiliary pillar 3. Further, an anchor 20 is attached to the buried portion of the main column 2 and the auxiliary column 3, and this anchor 20 prevents the main column 2 and the auxiliary column 3 from coming off from inside the foundation part 19.

The main pillar 2 and the auxiliary pillar 3 are each made of extruded material such as aluminum, and the upper parts 5, 7
It is constructed by extruding and then bending. That is, according to this embodiment, since the main column 2 and the auxiliary column 3 are constructed by being divided into upper portions 5, 7 and lower portions 6, 8, it is not necessary to integrally mold a long object, making processing extremely easy. This makes it easier and more convenient to transport. However, in the present invention, the main column 2 and the auxiliary column 3 may be integrally molded, instead of being configured separately into upper portions 5, 7 and lower portions 6, 8, respectively.

In this embodiment, as described above, the main pillar 2 and the auxiliary pillar 3 are firmly connected to each other with a space between them by the connecting fitting 9, the fixing screw 11, and the screw receiver 12. Also, by sandwiching the joints between the upper part 5 and the lower part 6 of the main pillar 2 and the upper part 7 and the lower part 8 of the auxiliary pillar 3 from the inside and outside with the connecting fittings 9 and the screw receivers 12, the upper part 5 and the lower part 6 and The upper part 7 and the lower part 8 are also firmly connected. Furthermore, according to this embodiment, since one connecting fitting 9 serves as a plurality of connections, the number of parts required to construct the support column 1 can be reduced, making it economical.

First, after connecting the lower part 6 of the main pillar 2 and the lower part 8 of the auxiliary pillar 3 with the connecting member 4, the lower ends of each are buried integrally and erected on the installation surface 18. Next, the upper part 5 of the main pillar 2 and the upper part 7 of the auxiliary pillar 3 are connected by the connecting member 4 at the upper end, and one end of the screw receivers 12, 12 is inserted into the lower end side of the connected upper parts 5, 7. Then, the lower end sides of the upper parts 5 and 7 are connected. At this time, since the screw receivers 12, 12 have the cut-and-raised edges 13, 13, they are not temporarily fixed and fall as described above, and the connecting fitting 9 can be easily screwed. Then, the other ends of the screw receivers 12, 12 are inserted into the lower parts 6, 8 set up on the installation surface 18, the upper parts 5, 7 and the lower parts 6, 8 are connected, and the pillar 2 and the auxiliary pillar 3 are connected. After that, a single-slope roof 30 is placed to form a carport.

[Effects of the invention] As described above, according to the invention, the structure is such that the main pillar and the auxiliary pillar are connected with a gap between them, so that the bending strength of each connected part is increased. This increases the bending strength of the column as a whole, which has the effect of further improving the support strength of the column.

Moreover, the above connection is made by bringing the hollow cover material into contact with the inner surface of the support column, and screwing both ends of the connection fittings inside the support column, so that the cover material can be firmly tightened by the connection fittings. This cover material functions as a spacer and has the effect of further improving the connection strength.
