本考案は機械式駐車設備に利用できる低騒音形

(従来技術)
機械式駐車設備の騒音、振動は大きな問題であ
る。この問題に対処するため、従来防振ゴムを基
礎との間に挟む方法、内部鉄骨型にする等の対策
を採つてきた。第2図に従来の防振ゴムを基礎と
の間に挟む方法を示す。第2図における機械式駐
車設備は、電動機1の回転を減速機2により減速
して主軸3に伝え、軸受架台4、従導側軸受架台
5に設置してあるスプロケツト6にかかつている
チエーン7で、車8を搭載したケージ9を回転さ
せるものである。停止はブレーキ10により行な
うが、この方法は、この時電動機1、減速機2よ
り発生する振動を、駆動系受梁11と、基礎12
の間に防振ゴム13を設置して、基礎12側に伝
わらない様にする方法である。しかしながらこの

速機等よりなる駆動系を設置すると共に、前記受
梁の両側に立設された軸受架台に支持され、前記
減速機を介して回転が伝えられる主軸の前記軸受
架台及び減速機との接続部にゴム継手を用いてな
るもので、これを問題解決のための手段とするも

継手17が設置されている。さて電動機1の回転
を減速機2により減速し、ゴム継手17で結ばれ
た主軸3を介して軸受架台4に取付けられたスプ
ロケツト6に伝える。停止はブレーキ10により

では駆動系受梁と駆動系との間に防振材を設けた
ので、この防振材で駆動系からの直接の振動が吸
収され、前記従来の振動を遮断できる。また減速
機から主軸、軸受架台を伝わつて駆動系受梁に伝
播していた振動は、主軸に接続したゴム継手によ
り遮断できる。即ち、駆動系受梁の両側に立設さ
れた軸受架台に支持され、前記減速機を介して回
転が伝えられる主軸の前記軸受架台及び減速機と
の接続部にゴム継手を用いたので、減速機から軸
受架台を介して駆動系受梁に伝播する振動を遮断
できる。これにより固体伝播音を発生させる振動
を遮断でき、機械式駐車設備の低騒音、低振動化
を達成できる。また従来の内部鉄骨型よりも、大
