Among these, the skin material made of vinyl chloride resin is easy to shape into a predetermined shape, and the skin material Liquid foaming material is injected into the inner surface of the material and the foam is formed integrally with the skin material (
It has been particularly frequently used since it has the advantage of being able to be integrally molded with the skin.

Therefore, over time, the plasticizer migrates to the side of the foam 12 that is in contact with the inner surface of the skin material, and the migration of the plasticizer causes hardening (loss of flexibility) of the vinyl chloride resin skin material.

is made of polyurethane foam, the amine catalyst added to the polyurethane foam raw material is transferred to the vinyl chloride resin skin material, thereby preventing the plasticizer in the skin material from migrating to the foam 12. This resulted in a decrease in the heat resistance of the vinyl chloride resin skin material (promoting thermal deterioration of the vinyl chloride resin).

Although the adhesion between the skin material and the foam appeared to be good depending on the case, the skin material still easily peeled off from the foam because they were not truly adhered.

Therefore, the plasticizer contained in the vinyl chloride resin in the outer layer of the skin material is blocked by the inner layer of the skin material, which is made of a copolymer of thermoplastic polyurethane and vinyl chloride resin, and becomes difficult to migrate to the foam inside the skin material. . On the other hand, the amine catalyst of the polyurethane foam is also blocked by the inner layer of the skin material, making it difficult to migrate to the outer layer of the skin material, and the migration of plasticizer from the outer skin layer to the foam caused by the migration of the amine catalyst is suppressed. become.

The material has strong adhesion between the outer layer and the inner layer, and also has high adhesiveness between the polyurethane foam integrally molded inside the skin material and the inner layer of the skin material.

Therefore, when the skin material is attached to a foam, the inner layer of the skin material can prevent the plasticizer contained in the vinyl chloride resin that makes up the outer layer from migrating to the foam inside the skin material. It was. In addition, when the foam to which the skin material is attached is a polyurethane foam, the amine catalyst contained in the polyurethane foam can be prevented from migrating to the outer layer of the skin material by the inner layer of the skin material, It was also possible to prevent the transfer of plasticizer from the skin material, which occurs due to the transfer of the amine catalyst. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent the physical properties of the skin material from deteriorating due to migration of the plasticizer.
