Abstract

PURPOSE:To use an auditory sense and a tactual sense to transmit an alarm to an operator securely by receiving an alarm signal by the main body of a device, issuing an instruction signal corresponding to it, and driving a buzzer and a vibrator respectively. CONSTITUTION:The main components of a device is constituted by a main body 1 and a sensing unit (head unit) 2 which are housed in individual small boxes and cable 3 to connect them to each other. A predetermined alarm signal is received by an antenna in the main body 1 to be amplified or demodulated in a receiving unit 5, and after the content of the alarm signal is recognized in a processing unit 6 it is indicated on an indicating unit 7. An instruction signal corresponding to the content is issued to the sensing unit 2 vid the cable 3. Moreover, in the sensing unit 2, a control unit 9 drives a buzzer 10 and a vibrator 11 respectively to inform an operator of the alarm. Consequently, the alarm is securely transmitted to the operator by using both an auditory sense and a tactual sense, and also the whole device is made small.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-mentioned method requires a dedicated person to watch the approach of trains, which requires manpower. Additionally, since the approach of trains is checked manually, sometimes oversights occur and warnings are delayed, resulting in serious danger to workers. Furthermore, warnings are often issued using whistles or human voices, and depending on the noisy work environment or the direction of the wind, there is a risk that the warnings may not be sufficiently communicated to each worker.

(Function) The alarm terminal device receives an alarm signal from the alarm transmitter through its main body, and generates an instruction signal to instruct the operation of the buzzer and vibrator. This instruction signal is sent to the sensitive section via a cable. Based on this instruction signal, the sensing section sounds a buzzer and vibrates the pie break, thereby transmitting a warning to the worker carrying the warning terminal device. In particular, for urgent warnings such as instructions to evacuate immediately, a buzzer is sounded intermittently at short intervals, and at the same time the pie break is vibrated to ensure that workers are alerted. tell.

The alarm terminal device shown in FIG. 1 receives an alarm signal automatically transmitted by an alarm transmitting device (not shown) to inform of the approach or passage of a train by an antenna 4 built in a main body 1, and amplifies it by a receiver 5. - Demodulates the alarm signal, determines the content of the alarm signal in the processing unit 6, displays the content on the display unit 7, and generates an instruction signal to instruct the operation of the buzzer and vibrator in accordance with the content, 3 to the sensing section 2. Note that the power supply section 8 supplies necessary power to each section from a built-in battery. Upon receiving the instruction signal, the control section 9 of the sensing section 2 drives the buzzer 10 and the pie break 11, causing the buzzer 10 to sound and the vibrator 11 to vibrate. Workers know the alarm when they hear the buzzer and feel the vibration of the pie break.

The above-mentioned warning signal can be considered to be a signal that foretells that an evacuation warning will be issued soon, or a signal that instructs you to immediately stop work and evacuate. In the former case, makes the buzzer 10 sound intermittently in long cycles. Here, the operator can know, for example, the distance to the point where the train has passed, from the information displayed on the display section 7 of the main body 1. In the latter case, the buzzer 10 is sounded intermittently in short cycles, and at the same time the pie break 11 is driven to transmit the vibration to the worker.

As a result, the worker immediately stops working and evacuates. When evacuation is no longer necessary, such as when a train passes through a work site, the control section 9 is reset by a reset signal from the alarm transmitting device, and the drive of the buzzer 10 and pie break 11 is stopped.

これにより、作業者は作業を再開する。This causes the worker to resume work.

are the main body 1, sensing section 2, and cable 3 shown in Fig. 1, respectively.
Shows the appearance. The casings of the main body 1 and the sensing section 2 are designed to withstand the environment at work sites and do not impede work efficiency. The worker attaches the main body 1 to his waist belt and uses the sensing section 2 to feel the vibrations. Easy to use, for example, by clipping it to the chest pocket of work clothes.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above in detail, according to the present invention, an alarm signal is received from an alarm transmitting device, a buzzer is sounded to appeal to the sense of hearing, and at the same time, a vibrator is driven to make the vibration a tactile sensation. Because the warning is conveyed to the worker by appealing,
Warnings can be accurately conveyed to workers while they are working, helping to ensure safe evacuation.
