In recent years, due to demands for urban beautification and traffic safety, there has been a trend to use underground cables or surface-buried cables instead of overhead distribution lines. Therefore, cables must be installed underground or from the surface layer for electrical equipment such as switches, low-voltage branch boxes, and even street lights. On the other hand, when these electrical devices are placed on the road, they obstruct the passage of passersby and vehicles, and they also block visibility, which is not desirable in terms of traffic safety. In addition, electrical equipment such as power distribution towers that stand upright on the streets spoil the aesthetic appearance of the city. Therefore, a housing for electrical equipment installed high on the road was developed, in which the housing containing these electrical equipment is raised to a position higher than a person's height and supported with a support.

Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to these, and the same applies to street lights and the like.

However, since these struts are small diameter tubes with a length of 2 m or more, it is extremely difficult and time-consuming to pass the cables through these struts. Moreover, the cables must be passed through the pipe before installing the struts. Furthermore, since a plurality of cables are close to each other within this support, the permissible current is small, and there is a risk that a cable accident will spread to other cables. Furthermore, it is not possible to secure the cable within the column. Furthermore, since the support pillars are exposed to rainwater, exhaust gas, etc., they have the disadvantage of being susceptible to corrosion.

A stepped portion 43a is provided, and the lowermost set of covers 5, 5' is placed on this stepped portion 43a.
It is locked. In the case of this embodiment, the center column 2 is not directly buried in the soil, but is covered with a concrete embedment 41 from the ground level to the ground, so there is no fear that the center column 2 will be corroded by rainwater or the like. Also, the circular base 41a of this concrete embedment 41
A plurality of radial cable insertion grooves 44 are provided from the top surface to the upper outer surface, and cables buried in the ground or on the surface layer are inserted into the cable insertion grooves 44 at 41 places made of concrete and raised up. The protection tube 43 also rises as the protection tube 43 splits into two pieces and bolts and nuts 4 are butted against each other.
It is fixed at 5.

In this invention, the cables buried underground or on the ground surface are applied to the center column from the side of the center column, the cables are fixed to the center column at regular intervals, and then the cover is hung from the side. The work is extremely simple. There is no need to pass a cable through the support from one end of the support made of a small-diameter tube to the other as in the conventional case. Furthermore, cables can be added or replaced for repairs after the pole is installed. At that time, if the cover is removed from the side, the cable and center column are exposed, and the cable can be removed from the center column laterally, making the work extremely easy. Further, in this invention, the cable can be arranged around the central column, and compartments and shielded tubes can be provided, so the cable is divided, so the allowable current can be increased, and in the event of a cable accident, it will not spread to other cables.
In addition, the cable can be fixed to the central column and will not shift within the column. Furthermore, since the central column is covered with a cover, it is not exposed to rainwater, exhaust gas, etc., and has the advantage of being less likely to corrode.
