Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize the height of a heat exchanger, facilitate the manufacture of the same and reduce the cost of the same by making a passage, through which heat transfer medium flows, so as to have an annular configuration having a long axis and enlarging a ratio of a transversal size to a lateral size. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 22 is constituted of an inner cylindrical body 27 and an outer cylindrical body 28, a passage 21 is formed around the inner cylindrical body 27 between the inner cylindrical body 27 and the outer cylindrical body 28 and one end of the passage 21 is sealed tightly by a lid 29 connected to the inner cylindrical body 27 and the outer cylindrical body 28 while the other end of the passage 21 is sealed by lids 30, 31 under a condition that the uppermost part and the lowermost part are opened. According to this method, the inner cylindrical body 27 is connected to the outer cylindrical body 28 through the lids 29, 30, 31. An inflow port 32, communicated with the passage 21 and the supplying pipeline 2b of a heat pipe 2 is connected to the inner cylindrical body 27 and the outer cylindrical body 28 at the uppermost part of the passage 21. The cylindrical body 22 is constituted of the combination of the inner and outer cylindrical bodies 27, 28 in such a manner whereby the passage 21 becomes annular. According to this method, the height of a heat exchanger can be reduced without reducing the heat transfer area of the heat exchanger.

This makes it possible to widen the heat transfer area without using a multi-tube type as in the past, and since the vertical and horizontal dimension ratio is large, it can be installed horizontally, that is, with the axial direction being the horizontal direction, and can be used as a vertical multi-tube header type. The height dimension can be made smaller in comparison. As a result, it is possible to provide a compact heat exchanger that maintains the height dimension while having sufficient heat exchange performance.

In addition, the heated supply water is discharged from the discharge port 37 and is discharged from the discharge pipe 4 of the pipe 4.
flows into a. Note that the discharge port 37 is located at the top of the condensing heat exchanger 60, and the above-mentioned mixing valve 7 is provided on the discharge pipe line 4a to have a stop structure. It can have a hot water storage function and improve the initial hot water supply performance. In addition, the flow in the water supply passages 23° and 24 is narrowed by the fins 43 and coils 38, and is restricted in one direction, creating a spiral shape with high flow velocity and turbulence. The flow flows evenly over the entire surface without stagnation. As a result, it is possible to maintain good heat exchange performance, and to remove air mixed in the water supply, dissolved gas separated by heating, etc. to the exhaust port 37.
It can be extruded more quickly, and the heat exchange performance can be prevented from being inhibited by these stagnations. Furthermore, since the heat exchanger 60 is constructed by a combination of the body 22 and the cylinder 25, that is, a combination of cylindrical shapes, it can easily respond to changes in the required heat exchange amount simply by expanding and extending it in the axial direction. Since the internal pressure from the working fluid side and the water supply side is received by the curved surface, the pressure resistance is high.Furthermore, since the body 22 is held only by the mounting member 46 and can slide in the axial direction, the body 22 side and It is possible to absorb the stress due to the difference in thermal expansion with the cylinder 25 side, and it is possible to prevent damage over time.

As described above, the body 22 has an inner cylinder body 27 and an outer cylinder body 28.
Since the passage 21 through which the working fluid flows has an annular shape. Thereby, the height dimension can be reduced without reducing the heat transfer area, sufficient heat exchange performance can be maintained, and the condensing heat exchanger 60 can be downsized. In other words, by downsizing the heat exchanger 60, the height from the outlet 33 of the condensing section 20 to the inlet 18 of the evaporating section 10 can be taken as the maximum source.
The circulation performance of the working fluid can be maintained at a high level.

Although this embodiment has been described in terms of a heat exchanger that involves a relative change in the working fluid from gas to liquid, the present invention can also be applied to a heat exchanger that does not involve a relative change in the working fluid.

The present invention provides an inner cylindrical body having a central space, and a substantially coaxial axis with the inner cylindrical body that is arranged to surround the outer periphery of the inner cylindrical body and forms a first annular space between the inner cylindrical body and the inner cylindrical body. a long outer cylindrical body, a first passage into which a heat transfer medium flows, which is formed by closing both ends of the first annular space with a first lid body, and is installed in communication above the first passage. between the heat transfer medium inflow pipe, the heat transfer medium discharge pipe installed in communication with the lower part of the first passage, and the outer cylindrical body, which is arranged so as to surround the outer periphery of the outer cylindrical body. a cylindrical body whose axial length exceeds the axial length of the outer cylindrical body forming a second annular space; the second annular space formed by closing both ends of the cylindrical body with a second lid body; a second passage into which the heat transfer medium flows, the second passage comprising a central space; a heat transfer medium inflow pipe installed in communication with one end of the second passage;
Since the heat exchanger is configured by having a heat transfer medium discharge pipe installed in communication with the other end of the passage, the first passage can be annular and have a large length-to-width dimension ratio, and can be placed horizontally. As a result, the height dimension can be reduced without reducing the heat transfer area compared to a vertical multi-tube header type heat exchanger. This makes it possible to reduce the height of the heat exchanger while maintaining sufficient heat exchange performance. Also, an inner cylinder body, 5
Since it is composed of a combination of an outer cylinder and a cylindrical body, that is, a combination of cylindrical shapes, it can easily respond to changes in the required heat exchange amount by simply expanding and extending it in the axial direction, and has a high pressure resistance, making it easy to manufacture. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a heat exchanger with reduced cost.
