Temperature control accuracy is poor because it is not installed in the Additionally, the heat from the thermostat is transferred directly to the temperature control dial, which can cause the dial to become hot, change in temperature, or change color, making it look unsightly. Furthermore, when attaching the temperature control dial to the thermostat, unreasonable force is likely to be applied, and the position of the temperature control dial depends on the mounting position of the thermostat, resulting in less flexibility. Furthermore, since the thermostat is located far from the inner case of the oven, temperature sensing is inaccurate.

There is a problem in that visibility and operability are poor because the temperature adjustment knob must be operated by the user. Furthermore, in the prior art, the thermostat senses the temperature outside the inner case, so it has poor thermal response and cannot perform accurate temperature control.

It is installed in a position where it can be detected, while the temperature control dial 1
3. The actuating roller 14, the display drum section 12, etc. can be placed in the lower part of the electric oven where they are less affected by heat, increasing the degree of freedom in mounting and preventing thermal deformation and discoloration.
In addition, the belt spring 25 applies a predetermined tension to the plate belt 20, so that the plate belt 20 is prevented from loosening, and the operating roller 1 of the temperature control dial 13 is
4 and the rotation angle of the driven roller 19 can be accurately matched. Further, the belt spring 25 connects the front and rear parts of the plate belt 20 to front and rear contact surfaces 25, respectively.
Since the plate belts 20 are spaced apart by distances c and 25d, there is no contact friction between the plate belts 20 and smooth movement is possible. Furthermore, when suspending the plate belt 20, since the plate belt 20 has enough length, it can be easily assembled, and the temperature control dial 1
The belt spring 25 can absorb the buckling caused by the flexibility of the plate belt 20 at the end of the rotation in step 3, and errors caused by buckling can be prevented. Moreover, by providing the first and second guide pulleys 22 and 21, the wrapping range A of the plate belt 20 around the actuating roller 14 and the wrapping range B of the plate belt 20 around the driven roller 19 can be expanded to 180°C or more, respectively. By increasing the rotation angle of the temperature adjustment dial 13, the temperature scale on the display drum section 12 can be displayed finely, and the rotation angle of the driven roller 19 on the thermostat 8 side can also be increased, so the temperature adjustment range can be widened. Moreover, it can be done in detail. In addition, since the positions of the screws 23 and 24 are set within the maximum a, a' and minimum b, b' of the winding ranges A and B, respectively, no bending force is applied to the plate belt 20, and the plate belt 20 is cut. Problems such as elongation, deformation, changes in settings, and inability to adjust temperature can be eliminated. In addition, the operating roller 14, thermostat 8, driven roller 19, first and second guide pulleys 22, 21 are mounted on an integrated mounting plate 16 that is thicker than the side plate 2a, and this mounting plate 16 is attached to the side plate 2a. By doing so, the distance between the centers of the actuating roller 14 and the driven roller 19, the distance between the center axes of the first and second guide pulleys 22 and 21, and the actuating roller 14
The relative position with respect to etc. is set accurately without deviation. As a result, the positioning of the actuating roller 14 becomes easier, the movement of the plate belt 20 becomes smoother, and the displayed temperature of the display drum section 12 and the set temperature of the thermostat 8 can be easily matched during assembly.
The rotational backlash of the temperature adjustment dial 13 can also be reduced.

種の変形例が可能である。 It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and for example, heaters may be provided at three or more locations, and the operating protrusion 14a is made of a magnetic material, and the automatic changeover switch 1
7 may be a proximity switch, which may be a non-contact type, or an automatic changeover switch 17b may be disposed on the driven roller 19 side as shown in FIG. 9A, and the switch may be opened and closed in conjunction with the rotation of the driven roller 19. Furthermore, in place of the belt spring 25, as shown in FIG. 9A, a bellows-shaped elastic portion 20a is formed approximately at the center of the metal plate belt 20 to elastically prevent the temperature adjustment dial 13 from collapsing at the end of its rotation. It may be absorbed by the portion 20a. In addition, a pair of left and right second guide pulleys 2
1a, 21b and first guide pulleys 22a, 22
The plate belt 20 may be regulated by b. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9B, the first guide roller 22c
may be arranged in front of the O-O line and in the vicinity above the top connection P-P line of the actuating roller 14 to increase the wrapping range A' of the plate belt 20 with the actuating roller 14. Further, in the embodiment described above, the diameter D of the actuating roller 14 is smaller than the diameter d of the driven roller 19, but it may be the same diameter or the opposite size, and a flexible steel cable may be used instead of the metal plate belt 20. Or a rubber belt may be used. Also, the mounting plate 16 is connected to the upper mounting plate 16c and the lower mounting plate 16.
Various modifications are possible, such as forming a single mounting plate instead of dividing the mounting plate into parts b and b.
