Claims (1)
；このドラムと共に回転し、かつ、このドラムの
外周面に対応させて吊り下げた屠体の皮の一端縁
を着脱自在に挟み付けるチヤチク手段と；同上ド
ラムの外周面の近傍に基端縁を有し、この基端縁
からドラムの外周面のほぼ接線方向に向つて、か
つ、このドラムの回転方向前方に向つて延びる分
離板とを備えた食肉用動物の剥皮装置において、
上記ドラムと共に回転し、チヤツク手段の上端側
に位置して上記皮の一端縁の上端を掛脱自在に掛
止させる掛止手段を設け、チヤツク手段が分離板
の基端縁に対応した位置からドラムと共に回転し
て元の位置に戻る手前で、上記チヤツク手段が皮
の挟み付け解除すると共に、掛止手段が同上皮の
掛止を解除するようにした食肉用動物の剥皮装置
