活させてもよく、搾汁液あるいは抽出液はそのまま粗フ
ラクトオリゴ糖液として利用することもできるが、活性
炭カラムクロマトグラフィー等で精製した後、利用する
こともできる。さらに精製を望む場合には、粗フラクト
オリゴ糖液に通常行われる精製手段を適用すればよい。
