After heating and drying, it is washed with water to form a printed pattern on the coating surface.

Furthermore, since the ink is adjusted by leaving it for about half a day and filtering off the insoluble matter, it is necessary to consider the mixing ratio, leave it for a certain period of time, and filter off the unnecessary matter. It was necessary to print an appropriate pattern, heat dry it, and then wash it with water, which was a tedious process and required a lot of time, and the work efficiency was not improved. Furthermore, since the waste water after washing contains various dyes, if it is easily disposed of, it may cause pollution problems such as river contamination.

The printing paper on which lines and desired designs have been printed is placed on an iron plate coated with transparent polyurethane paint on the surface, with the printed side facing each other, and heated and pressed to the sublimation temperature of the printing ink to ink the drawing ink. The printed surface is diffused and penetrated into the inside of the polyurethane paint by vaporizing it, thereby forming a transparent coating film with a smooth surface.

The printed paper is stacked with the printed side facing an iron plate coated with a transparent polyurethane paint on the surface, and heated and pressurized to the sublimation temperature of the printing ink to vaporize the printing ink. To manufacture a board having a smooth surface and having lines and patterns by a simple method of diffusing and penetrating the printed surface into the inside of the board.

Using printing ink containing a sublimable dye that vaporizes at a temperature of ~200°C, as shown in the figure, a checkerboard-like line 1, numbers 2 indicating the year and date, and a pattern 3 such as a small bird perched on a twig are printed. Print on paper. Next, this printed paper is placed on top of a thin iron plate whose surface has been coated with a printing polyurethane paint, with the printed side facing each other. Then, by heating and pressurizing at a temperature of 215° C. to 230° C. and a pressure of 1 Kg/cm 2 to 5 Kg/cm 2 , the temperatures of the printing paper, the printing ink layer, and the paint layer rise rapidly. As the temperature rises, the dye present in the printing ink layer sublimates, becomes molecules, and flies out of the ink layer, and the jumped out dye molecules diffuse and permeate into the polyurethane paint layer to dye it. For this reason, lines 1, numbers 2, and patterns 3 are embedded in the paint layer with a slightly softer and deeper feel than when printed on paper, and the paint surface is smooth and has a hardness of approximately 9H pencil hardness. can do. In addition, line 1, number 2
In addition, it goes without saying that the design pattern 3 can be expressed by coloring it in any color.
