[Prior Art] FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing the operation selection of a conventional emergency power generator, as shown in, for example, Densetsu Kogyo July 1982 issue, 44. In the figure, 1 is a generator room, and 2 is a generator room. A power generation device consisting of an engine such as a diesel engine and a generator, 3 a control panel that controls the power generation device 2, 4 a remote monitoring panel that remotely controls and monitors the power generation device 2, 5 a status indicator, and 6 a failure. 7 is a bell, 8 is a buzzer, 9 is an engine "stop" push button, 10 is an engine "start" push button, l1 is a switch "commercial side" push button, and 12 is a switch "power generation side" push button. Further, 9 to 12 are collectively called control switches, l3 is a lamp test push button, l4 is an alarm stop push button, and l5 is a lamp reset push button. Next, the operation will be explained. First, in the case of autonomous driving,
When the commercial power supply goes out, the emergency power generation device 2 automatically starts, and when the commercial power supply is restored, the power generation device 2 stops. The operating status of the power generator 2 can be confirmed by the status indicator light 5 on the remote monitoring panel 4. In addition, the control panel 3
The same can be confirmed in . In the case of manual operation, power outage, engine start, voltage establishment,
Operational states such as switching device ``power generation side'', power restoration, switching device ``commercial side'', engine stop, etc. are confirmed by the status indicator light 5 of the remote monitoring panel 4, and the control switches 9 to 12 are operated. At the control panel 3, the same control as described above can be performed while listening to the operating sound of the power generation device 2. Further, in the event of a failure in the power generator 2, a warning is issued by a failure indicator light 6, a bell 7, and a buzzer 8 on the remote monitoring panel 4. A similar alarm is issued on control panel 3. [Problem to be solved by the invention] Conventional emergency power generators are configured as described above, so in automatic operation, if the operator is in the generator room, etc., a commercial power outage occurs. However, there was a problem in which the generator suddenly started up without prior notice, causing a great surprise. In addition, during manual operation, an unnecessarily long no-load cooling operation may occur due to an operational error, which may damage the engine cylinder, and alarms using bells or buzzers may indicate a failure of other equipment such as power receiving and substation equipment. It was confusing, and it took time to respond because it was difficult to tell what the problem was until the fault indicator light was checked. This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems.In automatic driving, it is possible to drive safely by notifying in advance that automatic start will occur, and by notifying the subsequent driving status, and in manual driving. provides voice guidance for driving, so even inexperienced operators can drive with confidence.
Another purpose is to obtain an emergency power generation system that can quickly and clearly determine the cause of a dead camp, etc., and respond quickly. [Means for Solving the Problems] The emergency power generation device according to the present invention is provided with an announcement command means for selecting operation guidance in the control panel of the power generation device,
A speaker as a voice output means for outputting alarm announcement information prepared in advance according to a command from the control panel from a voice synthesis announcement means to operators inside and outside the generator;
Or it can be transmitted from a portable wireless receiver. [Function] The emergency power generator according to the present invention is configured in advance to the voice synthesis circuit in the voice synthesis announcement means as a means for quickly and reliably transmitting operating status, manual operation guidance, failure warning, etc. to operators inside and outside the generator. The prepared alarm announcement information is retrieved by command from the announcement command means in the control panel,
Audio is output from a speaker or a portable wireless receiver as an audio output means.

, a voice synthesis circuit 27 that synthesizes digital voice data into voice, an amplification circuit 29 that amplifies voice 28, a wireless transmitter 33 that converts and transmits voice signals into radio wave signals, and a transmission antenna 3.
It is 4. Next, we will explain the operation. First, Figure 2 shows an example of the content of the alarm announcement during automatic operation of the emergency power generator, Figure 3 shows an example of the content of the alarm announcement during manual operation, and Figure 4 shows the content of the alarm announcement in the event of a failure. This is an example. In the case of automatic operation, if the commercial power supply fails, the generator 2
The system starts automatically and stops when the commercial power is restored, but its operating status is determined through the voice synthesizer announcement device 17 and the speaker 30 of the remote monitoring board 4 in addition to the status indicator light 5 on the remote monitoring board 4. Specifically, for example, since the content of the announcement shown in Figure 2 is issued, the content can also be confirmed by audio. The control panel 3 may also be checked in the same manner, and if the noise from the power generator 2 is large, it can be checked through the portable wireless receiver 36. In the case of manual operation, it is possible to operate according to the contents of the alarm announcement, and below we will explain how to manually operate the power generator 2 according to the contents of the alarm announcement shown in Fig. 3. The status indicator light 5 on the remote monitoring panel 4 may also be used for confirmation. For example, announcements and 21r power outage. When the message "Please start the private engine" is issued, the engine "start" push button 10 is operated. Announcement & 23r voltage established. When the message "Please set the switch to the power generation side" is issued, operate the switch "Generation side" push button 12 to supply power from the power generator 2. Announcement 24: ``Power has been restored. Please confirm that the power has been restored, and then set the switch to the commercial side.'' When the message is issued, visually confirm that the power has been restored, and then operate the switch ``commercial side'' push button 11. Announcement NIL
25 "The engine will be operated without load" will be issued, and then an announcement will be made when the no-load operation for the specified time will be completed.
Please stop the 26r engine.'' is issued. Therefore,
When the engine "stop" push button 9 is operated, the engine stops and the operation of the power generator 2 ends. The switch to be operated may be made to blink at each stage and turned off when the operation is completed. The control panel 3 may also be controlled in the same way. Regarding failures, when the power generator 2 breaks down, in addition to the failure indicator light 6 on the remote monitoring panel 4, the alarm announcement content shown in FIG. 4 is emitted, for example. The control panel 3 may also issue an alarm in the same way. It is also possible to issue individual alarms such as "starting jam", "overspeed", "low lubricant oil pressure", etc. Furthermore, specific measures to be taken in response to the warning may be issued. In addition, guidance for manual operation and voice notification in case of failure alarm are as follows:
If you do not move to the next stage, the alarm will continue to be issued repeatedly, so you can temporarily stop the alarm by operating the 5 audio stop push button 31. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the operating status, manual operation guidance, and failure alarm guidance are selected by the announcement command means, and voice information from the voice synthesis announcement device is transmitted to the operator by the voice output means. I tried to convey it, so
This has the effect of allowing you to drive safely by accurately grasping the driving status without being surprised by a sudden automatic start. In addition, since manual operation is guided by voice, even inexperienced operators can operate without making mistakes, and the voice also makes it clear what the failure alarm is, so the operator can quickly It has the effect of getting a response.
