本考案は、被矯正材となる管又は丸棒の径に応
じて鼓形ロールの位置及び角度を調整できるロー
タリ矯正機の特にロール昇降調整装置の改良に関

降調節が行なえる。各ロールを個別昇降する場合
はシンクロ発信器12とシンクロ制御変圧器1

量が設定量の範囲内ではロールの昇降調節は可能
となる。しかし、操作ミスがあつて電圧量が設定
量の範囲を越えた場合は直ちにリレー増幅器1

未然に防止でき、機械の破損を防止できる他、上
ロールの昇降調整を釦操作で安全迅速に行うこと
ができ作業性の向上に寄与でき、更に、本考案で
は隣接するねじ軸同志の回転量の相対差を検出す
る検出器をそれぞれのねじ軸に個別に回転結合し
て、隣接ロールとの相対昇降量をねじ軸の回転量
の相対差より検出し、その検出量が設定量を越え
る場合に昇降動作中のロール昇降モータを停止制
御するようにしたのでロール角度が変つてもそれ
になんら影響されることなく隣接ロール相対昇降
量が検出でき、また常時、正確な制御信号が得ら
