Conventionally, a liquid sealant has been applied to the periphery of liquid passage holes such as stock solution holes or liquid holes to seal the fabric. This is to prevent liquid from leaking between the polymerized plates or frames during the process. However, even after the above-mentioned sealing process is applied, some liquid still leaks out, and especially when pressurized fluid is introduced in the backwashing process of the filter cake or the air blowing process, the liquid that leaks out is from the liquid passage hole of the cloth. There are many things from.

Ta. In addition, uneven coating tends to occur on the applied surface, and
There are drawbacks such as insufficient sealing against liquid leakage that enters through the thickness section of the fabric around the inner periphery of the fabric hole and leaks out to the outside, and in any case, a sufficient sealing effect is not obtained.

FIG. 1 shows a front view of a cloth 1 according to the present invention, in which liquid passage holes 2, 2 are provided in the cloth 1 at four locations above and below on both left and right sides of a tightening periphery 3 of the cloth 1. 4, 4 are annular sheets forming the liquid passage holes 2, 2 of the cloth 1, and the liquid passage holes 2, 2 are positioned in the cloth holes 5, 5 made in the cloth 1. It is crimped from both sides. The annular sheets 4, 4 are made by punching in advance into an annular shape from a fiber-backed reinforced paper sheet with adhesive applied to one side. This adhesive may be applied to the sheet side before use. In this example, three of the liquid passage holes 2, 2 mentioned above are used as liquid passage holes, and one liquid passage hole 2 on the upper left side is used for the compressed fluid explained below. Used as a hole for supplying and discharging liquid. In addition, there is an inlet hole 6 for the slurry at approximately the center of the cloth 1, and the tightening periphery 3 of the cloth 1 is indicated by the width from the outer periphery of the cloth to approximately the dotted line, and the inside surrounded by this dotted line is the overaction surface. Become. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the fabric shown in FIG.
Connected by sewing at the periphery.

The annular sheets 4, 4 crimped to the cloth to be applied to the normal overboard 7 and the toric sheets 4, 4 crimped to the cloth to be applied to the adjacent pressing overboard 8 correspond to each other. Located in a communicating position. As usual, liquid grooves are provided on the surface of the normal pass plate 7, and through holes 10, 10 are bored at four places above and below both sides of the tightening peripheral edge 9.
0 and the above-mentioned surface are connected through a passage 11. Further, the above-mentioned through holes 10, 10 are located at positions corresponding to and communicating with the through holes 12, 12 in the core plate of the adjacent squeezing plate 8. The squeezing plate 8 has a squeezing membrane 1 on both sides.
3, 13, and a cloth is attached to the surface of the compressed membranes 13, 13. A compressed fluid chamber is formed between the compressed membranes 13, 13 and the central portion of the core plate of the pass plate 8, as usual, for supplying and discharging compressed fluid from outside the machine. That is, in the squeezing plate 8, the squeezing fluid is supplied and discharged into the squeezing fluid chambers on both sides through passages 14 branching from the upper through hole 12. In addition, the compression membranes 13, 13 have through holes 15, 15 formed in the upper and lower tightening surfaces thereof, respectively, through the through holes 12, 1 of the core plate.
2 to prevent it from shifting from the concentric plate. Further, an open groove 16 corresponding to the passage 11 provided in a normal pass plate is provided at the upper part of the periphery of the through hole 15 on the lower side of the pressing membrane. A slurry inlet hole is formed approximately in the center of the pressing membrane, and the periphery of this inlet hole is airtightly fixed to the periphery of the slurry inlet hole formed approximately in the center of the core plate using a fastening device, and the slurry inlet hole of the pressing plate is connected to the slurry inlet hole. 17 is formed.

Next, the slurry is poured from outside the machine through the slurry inlet hole 6,
Each chamber 18, 18 is filled through the cloth 17, and the excess liquid that has passed through the cloth passes through the passages 11, 16, collects in the through holes 12, 12, and is discharged to the outside of the machine without leaking out from between the plates. Further, the cake remaining in the chamber is removed from the cloth by opening the plate after pressing and squeezing.

It is also possible to arrange only the ordinary overplates 7, 7 instead of the ordinary overplate 7, or it may be a double filter press in which the ordinary overplate 7 and a frame are arranged adjacent to the ordinary overplate 7. Alternatively, it may be a filter press (see the illustration in FIG. 4) in which over-plates 19, 19 formed by covering a frame with cloth are arranged in an overlapping manner. The liquid passage hole in the cloth is not limited to the above example, but in short, it can be formed in one place or two places as long as it is formed on the tightening surface, and the shape and location can be selected as appropriate. I can do it. Further, in addition to the annular sheet in the above embodiment, this may be a thin film made of a synthetic resin film or sheet. Further, as a means for imparting tackiness to the fabric, tackiness can be applied not only before it is attached to the periphery of the fabric hole, but also tackiness can be imparted at the same time as required. Furthermore, the width of the sheet to be adhered to the cloth and the width of the sheet to be pasted together within the holes in the cloth can be widened or narrowed depending on the purpose of use to ensure sealing performance.

In addition, since a thin film cut into an annular shape or an appropriate shape and given adhesive is pasted on the periphery of the fabric hole, processing and finishing is easy. It has the advantage that there is no danger to the human body. Further, according to the present invention, since the above-mentioned thin film pasted on the periphery of the fabric hole can be peeled off from the cloth, there is an advantage that a new thin film can be pasted again without staining the fabric of the cloth. be. In this regard, in conventional processing, since the coating is applied to the fabric from the beginning, it is not possible to avoid coating or pinholes, and it is not possible to damage the fabric during these repair processes or to apply the coating instead. However, the fabric according to the present invention has the effect of eliminating these drawbacks and reliably improving the sealing performance.
