り除き、中性洗浄液を被処理金型に高圧噴出して膠着し

理金型に高圧噴出して膠着している離型剤を除去するよ
うにしているので、被処理金型を強アルカリ洗浄液で浸
漬処理することにより、膠着した離型剤を膨潤させ、し
かる後、中性洗剤液の高圧噴射で膨潤した離型剤を金型

ジェットで取り除き、中性洗浄液を被処理金型に向けて
高圧噴射させて金型表面に膠着している離型剤を除去す
るようにしているので、被処理金型を強アルカリ洗浄液
で浸漬処理することにより、膠着した離型剤を膨潤させ
、しかる後、中性洗剤液の高圧噴射で膨潤した離型剤を
金型表面から剥離させるから、金型表面を削ることかな
く所定の製品精度を長期に亘って維持することかできる
